This was so good I am now awake and ready to get ready for school
Thanks, Cassey. A lovely morning warm-up and stretch – although not sure if I’ll ever get my elbows down on the mat like that in the plank legs/arm stretch one!
Always feels good to stretch but I like that it had a little cardio involved.
This was more of a warming up than the video that is tagged as a warm up in the beginners routine! This was definitely easier then the warm up, haha.
Fridays are my best.
There is nothing better and more energizing than getting a good stretch and warm-up in the mornings!! I am definitely a morning person, and I love when there are good morning stretch and warming-up routine videos I can look up to follow along with.
After that pumped up cardio workout i was sweating so hard doing this i was slipping on my mat :/ (saved the situation by putting one towel under my palms and one under the feet)

Are you talking about the roll-ups? If so, I sort of peel my back off the mat, like a sticker lol. Hope this helps!
