Loved this! I was cracking up throughout thanks to Cassey’s jokes, which made it so much easier to get through! I thought I was going to give up, but didn’t slow down or put my arms down once. This was so fun!

When I do the moves where the palms are facing up towards the ceiling my wrist starts hurting, and I have to stop. Any thoughts on why that might be happening, and how to prevent it? Loved the workout though!! ❤️

I think this was my first time making it all the way through without ever putting my arms down! 🙂

I’m doing this video everyday when I get to the office, would totally love to see more upper body videos that I can do at my desk 😀

    1. Andrea L. says:

Don’t do the same workout every day. You have to have variety and give the muscles time to recover and use other muscles on the next day.

I looove this type of video. Altho the shoulder rolls are difficult, they make my neck hurt. I second Laura’s request below! >>> I think a lot of us struggle with neck and back issues in this tech age. Thanks Cassey!!

  33. Laura says:

Hi Cassey! I would love to see a video with exercises that are designed to stretch and strengthen elbow, wrist, neck and back muscles, for those of us who sit at a desk all day. Maybe even some things we could do in the office in the middle of the day to relieve pain.
Thanks for all you do to keep us strong!

  34. zoë says:

So a lot of people often talk about how you are never too old to work out but can you be too young? Like what would you say would be a minimum age requirement for working out or is there not one?

    1. Mistralka says:

I think the workout should be appropriate for your age, but I don’t think there’s a limit 😮
