    Holy arms Batman!!! I can’t even type. That was exactly what I was looking for. I have been doing the beginners calendar and I feel like my arms aren’t getting enough love. I do the stretching workout every day and still can’t extend into a full bridge because I feel like my arms are too weak, so I need to strengthen them and this was perfect! Ahhhh! It hurts so good!!!!

    That was crazy! I will admit I had to drop my arms a couple of times especially on the last move but I got right back to it. My arms feel like jelly as I’m typing this. Thank you Cassey. I was feeling very discouraged and down today and this workout really helped.
