    HOLY MAMA! THOSE TRICEP PUSHUPS AT THE END ARE!!!!!! FIRE! SO FREAKING HARD! I couldnt even make it halfway up! my left arm gave out on me completely at the halfway mark! Especially after following all the other 3 workout videos from the March 2020 workout challenge!
    Thanks so much I love your videos and have been an semi active user for about 8 years! LOVE IT!
    So excitd to start using the workouts with you as of this last week! week number 1! Cant wait to achieve my goal of completing the whole month of April 2023!

    I would love to see more tutorial videos!     For my boyfriend I’ve been looking all over youtube for workouts that are more directed towards men and I’ve noticed that for example finding a decent arm workout for men is virtually impossible. There’s really a big demand for man workouts on abs, arms…on youtube. I’ve directed my boyfriend and other men to your vids and the excercises fit their needs exactly, however, they sometimes feel a little ridiculous since blogilates is clearly a girl thing. I have seen some men in your team, why not start a male branch of blogilates to target these people? I think it could get really popular.

    It would be fun to have some motivational videos as well as some yoga / meditation type of stuff! Some peaceful ‘yin’ videos would be a lovely addition to the more intense ‘yang’ workouts that you have. And you’re always so energetic and upbeat, I would like to see some videos where you talk a bit more about the things in life that give you that energy (apart from working out). Could be a great inspiration!
