This was not easy or beginner, in my view. The caterpillars especially are not a beginner move–way too challenging for a warm up!
Definitely doing this deployed and in my room….definitely *cannot* do the bouncing (mainly jumping jacks) exercises here. <3 But a great warm up, thanks!
I think this was really to hard for week 2 of the begginers calendar… i agreed with all the precios comments: it was discourgaing 🙁
Any one else struggling to finish even the WARMUP!? ☹😓
yeah, I feel like maybe this wasn’t the best way to start week 2. very discourgaing, modified most moves, but still managed to sweat a little bit!
I feel super discouraged, this was the first workout on the beginner calendar I was unable to do 🙁

This was a real blood warmer. Loved it.
you know you’re out of shape when you have terrible balance, can’t push up and barely keeping up the speed. Oh well have to start somewhere and if I make it till the end of the month and come back, I might be able to do way better.
I love this warm up!!!
I change into my workout clothes at work and use my 15 min bike ride home as my warm up. I ride as fast as I can then immediately start my workout once I’m inside.
