… And Cassey’s hardest workout I’ve ever done!!! 😅 That was amazing! 🌺
Second time doing this workout. This is killer!! Still had to stop several times to stretch out my legs but at least I finished it out! My heart is pumping and I’m so sweaty just from this short workout…I guess my legs feel like jiggly Japanese cheesecake (never actually had it, just seen it lol).

My legs feel like wet noodles. I had to rest for a couple minutes but I made it.
OMG! I was shaking! I had to stop I think 3 times for a couple of seconds, and I’m hoping to push through the whole thing next time!
One of my knees was hurting after this workout – any recommendations to prevent or heal? Thanks!
Maybe your legs are not wide enough, also your knees shouldn’t (I don’t know how to explain this) “move forward”. I have done those mistakes before and it really hurts the knees

Loved this one! Brought me back to the good old days at the ballet barre. Good challenge for your balance too!
Yes! I run through ballet positions with my arms during the regular plies haha it distracts me.

Wow! I almost did it – keeping Cassey’s pace – and I am a total beginner! Feeling proud of myself 😀 . The only thing is, I tried it barefoot and almost killed myself when I had to work on my tips… I guess she wears shoes for a reason.
I don’t know how my legs got through this without wanting to die halfway but OMG I DID IT!!
