Honestly, I could have killed this song when it simply didn’t stop. I’ve never been so angry with a song before😂 Great workout, killing after the ones I did before.

OMG i was shaking like a leaf doing this, after all the previous workouts…but im feeling great!
I felt like I had no strength left for this one after the other exercixes! But hey, I pulled through!
I pretty much just died while doing this one! My abs are on fire and I feel like I can’t eat anything anymore but seriously though, this thing HURTS!
I hate the last song JUST BECAUSE you think it’s about to end but it goes into another round! Great for my abs though!

I am trying to repair my core after two pregnancies (one of which was a C-section delivery). I have never been athletic and do not really enjoy exercising. But I LOVE your encouragement and positive talk throughout all your workouts. Thank you for sharing your talents and fabulous personality!
