I couldn’t breath after the fourth round but it was great.
Had to modify the plank to be on my knees after four swimming strokes. Killer workout!! Trying to build my core strength, but for now I take advantage of the modifications.
Super Mario was the hardest move! I did this workout and I’m feeling awesome!
I hate those Super Marios, I’m way too unco-ordinated to get them right lol.

Is it just me or is somebody else is also always feeling super dizzy during this workout? It’s not the first time for me and I wonder why is that…
Is it only during this workout? Try drinking more water or eating before working out! That did it for me at least.
I’m trying to track my workouts and I don’t know how many calories I burned. Any suggestions?
Myfitnesspal app usually has pretty good options for activities and calories burned based on weight.

I think you shouldn’t worry that much about calories as long as you are training 30 mins everyday and eating healty food, a lot of fruits and vegetables and little fat. You should be fine
I don’t know why pretending I’m Supergirl makes it SO MUCH EASIER to get through a PIIT workout…
but IT DOES.
Same with all of the super hero workouts, besides is so much funnier too

I’m alive 😇😅 wanted to give up after the second round but my conscience could not let me once I start something it’s hard for me to not complete it I’m happy i did improved on my cardio a bit

First time was fine. The second had me breathing hard all the way through. Third was killer and the four one had me flailing and tripping over myself! Just shows I need more cardio in my life!
By the fourth time, I was dying so much xD
