Woah. I have been a popster for 10 years, and had never had the courage to do that video. Now, as I train for a marathon, not only was the workout crazy useful, but the ability to say I did 1000 squats has been an awesome milestone in my marathon journey. Thank you!
Dude what’s up I had pulled up the calendar on my moms iPad before I had found it on my phone and it said plain and simple that this was supposed to be done with the 100 Burpee Burnout when I found it finally on my phone you had taken it off I don’t back down that easily and and would like to show you I can do it I love me a good challenge
