Friday will make it two weeks straight that I have done this video. My lower back pain has stopped and the exercises are getting easier! I am falling in love be with Blogilates and Pop Pilates!

I just finish the 1st week ! And I really love it !
Any one had upper back ( between the shoulder blades) pain after this particular workout ? Anything I did wrong ?

uhhhhhhhhh trying to do abs in this after ab day in the beginner calendar was horrible!! And I took an extra rest day between them ;(
