what are we going to do when cassey stops making workout calendars:(((
What exercises help decrease the bingo arms? I’ve been working out for quite a while and I feel like I’m not getting the results I want with the upper arms. I understand it takes time and that area is quite difficult to shred.
Try adding weights. That was the next step for me after getting comfortable with Cassie’s arm workouts. You’ll definitely see results.
