    This stretch routine is so great. Recently, I achieved my split but lost it every few days. This split routine is what kept it current. I highly recommend it.

    Oop I wrote this so long ago and never sent it♥️ So I stopped stretching, started from scratch. I am nowhere near my splits but then all of a sudden, I remember this video. I can do the splits again! Thanks Cassey! 😘
