Wow, do I feel good. Needed some stretching. Work is my killer – sitting at a desk all day, so I am loving the 21 day challenge and now this stretching day.
Thanks, Cassey – suddenly realised since I started the Jan 21 Blogilates calendar I hadn’t had a stretch day – because I do a Pilates class on Sunday mornings instead of Blogilates and this month Sunday is stretch day instead of Friday as it was all through 2020! I was getting stiff and sore from sitting at a desk all day and from workouts and wondered why it felt worse than usual – so glad I realised why! Have incorporated the flexibility fix video today instead and am very happy!
