Thank you, Cassey, I absolutely LOVE this workout. Can’t believe I’ve never had it on the calendar before – think it must have always been on a Sunday when I do a live Pilates class instead of Blogilates. I only have very light weights so I used both my dumbbells in as many of these moves as I could and now I have feeling so PROUD and EXTRA! Totally channelling that Cassey energy! xxx
