Hello! Would you mind letting us know where can we find this particular music remix? 🙂 It was amazing!
I love these Pilates cardio workouts! These are among Casey’s best I think as you get multiple exercise benefits, especially when time is a factor
Loved the workout, but it hurt my wrist any suggestions?
Sometimes I need to turn my wrists towards the outsides because I have the same type of issues.
If turning my hands a different way doesn’t stop my wrist discomfort/pain, I usually rest on my forearms or elbows instead. It does lower my torso and change the position slightly, but it’s better than hurting myself, and if I can still engage the muscles I’m supposed to be using, it’s all good.
You should stretch your wrist more. You should read about it, when your wrists are stretch more they can take more weight on them.
