I love this stretch!! Definitely opened me up. On a regular workday I usually get up at 5:10, but on weekends I get up at around 7

First Day doing this is I feel a lot better than mornings before. Great stretches. I wake up at 6:30 every morning. I have been trying to get a morning routine down to exercise but, it is rough sometimes.
i wake up around 3:45 -4:30am… its so tough i go through periods when i can get up and workout for about a month then i can’t get up for about another month.. it goes back & forth..
I needed that this morning. Your motivation really helped shift me out of what could be a bad mental health day. Thank you Cassey!!!
I wake up at 5:30am weekdays to exercise with you for 45 minutes using the calendar! I started in April after working out with your videos at random off and on. I’ve really enjoyed it thus far. I go work around 8. On Saturday I wake up at 8 to exercise with you. 🙂
I wake up at 8 and start work at 9, so I’m definitely not working out first thing. lol
can we please have this information below every video as to how much calories are we burning after doing each video.

I’m a morning person. I usually wake up at 6:30-7 , do exercise, eat good breakfast, take care of my skin etc. and then leave at 9:15. Even on weekends I can’t sleep beyond 7:30.
My alarm goes at 5.35 for a 6.35 leave-the-house but I still struggle to actually get up in time to exercise. NOT a morning person!

This is my new favorite stretching video. I love the dynamic stretches. I wake up at 6 AM so I can work out before kids wake up and I just want to do this video every day. It’s somehow energizing and relaxing.
I wake up between 6:00 and 8:00 am every morning.
