Here’s the Food Baby Printable! This is one of the hardest workouts I have. I think the Lolo Legs and Bikini Blaster 1 come pretty close. If you haven’t tried this workout yet, here’s the video.

I have so much to tell you but let’s start with the fact that I HAVE A SUN RASH!!! I was on the deck at this gorg Malibu beach house for 3 days filming the Pilates Bootcamp series for Livestrongwoman and well, let’s just say I didn’t put on enough sun block! Eew so I think I got some form of hives. But umm, I did get a nice tan.

Did anyone get the password for the October calendar yet?
I noticed it’s up, but I haven’t gotten the password yet.
Yay~! Maybe I will have better luck with October’s calendar than with September’s.
Sorry about the sun rash… I get those on my hands and feet when I go on vacation somewhere sunny! But I’m super white…

This is my favourite of your cardio workouts. I do it 3-4 times a week, together with some of your waist and thighs workouts… I love what it’s done to my body and posture!
I used to do pilates with Winsors DVD and then found you, I couldn’t go halfway through some of your workouts… now I can ( toughest one for me is the Perky butt ‘n long lean legs, I feel like crying doing the other leg!).
I hope you get rich because no other instructor gave their time for free like this! (And what an instructor you are! Demanding but fun, the best kind. )

Your hair, your smile, your chubby cheeks were so so so so so goood!
And, what Donna Ruko told about the way you teach squats (exhale down and inhale up) is totally true. I have seen many pilates videos of other authors worldwide but none could stand in competition with yours. REALLY! Believe me!
Some are boring and look very serious as if they are punished. They don’t smile either!
You have taken Pilates as a form of exercise to an altogether new level. I strongly believe that one day you will be world renowned for it. That will be more than just being a celebrity trainer or an owner of a big gym / studio!
I wish to meet you some day, And I really will.
