Hey guys!
Finally! I am able to announce my tour dates and locations! I am so excited to be meeting you, hugging you, and signing your copy of Hot Body Year Round! It is going to be AWESOME. I want to see you guys all there! Just make sure you reserve a free “Meet & Greet” ticket and bring your book with you! (NYC POPsters, you may or may not have your book at this time, so just bring a copy of your receipt and something for me to sign :)) There will also be a book vendor on-site too in case you didn’t have a chance to order your book yet.
Now…let’s talk about something very special that we’re doing before each Meet & Greet!
If you’ve ever been to a Blogilates meet up, you’d know that things get crazy and classes are super packed! Though I love teaching to a room full of POPsters, I feel bad that you can’t fully extend your leg in the Dancer’s Sweep! So I wanted to hold a super exclusive POP Pilates class for a LIMITED number of you guys before each Meet & Greet event. I’m calling this a VIP class for “Very Important POPsters.”

I just had knee surgery and I am ready to get slim and eat clean with my girls! You are beautiful and I love what you’re doing for our bodies!

Next tour, please consider adding a location actually in San Francisco instead of the “Bay Area”. That location in San Jose takes 4 busses to get to from SF city!

Hi Cassey, I pre-ordered my book in February, and Amazon estimated mine to come April 13th-14th, but the Bay Area Meet n Greet is on the 12th. Do I have to purchase another book? Or can I bring my receipt or something? Such a bummer because I would love to get my book signed 🙁 But I am still super duper excited!!! Sorry, I also wanted to ask, if my boyfriend wanted to keep me company in line, do I have to purchase another book just so he can come with me? I read that everyone has to purchase a book in order to be at the Meet n Greet, so I just wanted to double-check. He knows how excited I am about this and wanted to be there for me 😛 My popster friends are still in LA so I can’t go with them 🙁

Cassey! You’re absolutely amazing. I wish I could meet you and tell you in person that you have been a huge inspiration in my life to become a fitness trainer. I love yoga, pilates, running, and honestly just working up a sweat. Please continue to do what you do because it’s working and making me want to be the best person I can be. Maybe, come to utah? Ya knaw…. before May 13th so I could go to one of your classes!? That would be sooo amazing! I’m excited for April’s killer workouts!

It is a pity that I am Dutch and that I live in the beautiful (but cloudy) Netherlands, but I am happy for the other POPstars that are going to meet you! I have known your workout for a long times, and unfortunately I am still struggling with finishing your calenders (so far I have not even finished one), but you are the only one who can force me to do another burpee, another squat, and if I can not really finish it, you force me to take a break and start again. Thank you Cassey for all the work you put in your videos and for all the motivation and love you sent to your POPStars! I hope you will meet a lot of other love and luck in your life, more than you already have!! 🙂 (Sorry if there are some spelling/grammaticly not correct stuff in here 😉 )
