Hi !! Loved the 21 day challenge, thanks for the content 🙂 Is there a challenge every month ? Will there be a march challenge ?
    thank you !!

  4. Jona says:

I have never done your full calendar before because I thought I wouldn’t be able to do it and honestly I was kinda scared. But, I did your 21 day challenge and felt so strong and I’m so proud to say I am 20 days into the February calendar and I have done every single day! Thank you, Cassey!

I’m in the middle of the #21DayChallenge. Thanks for keeping it around, I must have come across it when I needed to. Already feeling stronger and leaner.

I’m already trying to figure out what I will do when the 21 days are over. Most important for me is to take more rest days. I do love the only around 21 min commitment, but every day with Friday stretch say just I sn’t sustainable for me. I see your calendar filled out to the brim and I know in one of the 21 day videos you’ve said you like to move every day. How do you suggest people tackle the calendar? Pick a few videos from the calendar to do per day? Workout a couple body parts on one day and add a second rest day? Thanks for your guidance!

    1. blogilates says:

That’s awesome!! So glad you’re here! Yes, you can use the monthly calendar as a guide and do what you can when you can!

    2. Cindy says:

Your body will eventually get used to working out or having some type of movement every day. It might even start craving it!

  6. jstrohs says:

Since I now have the pop flex booty bands, would love to see more videos to include them. Any plan to add more?

    1. blogilates says:

Yes!!! There are some up already now! 🙂

Hi Cassey!! What does it mean when I feel nauseous after working out?

  9. Liz Mathew says:

Hi Cassey! I hope you are doing well!! I want to ask one question, is there a Low Impact for your workouts or no. I don’t need the Low impacts but I was just wondering. Thank You so much and I am a big fan of you!!

  10. Claire says:

Hi! What does it mean when there’s a new video in a specific day? Is it like the newest video released in the channel?

    1. blogilates says:

Yes, that’s correct! You’ll see it in the channel!

  11. Lisa George says:

It’s very useful information. These blogs offer a lot of information. Thank you for sharing this wonderful post. All resources are very nice and useful. Keep sharing!

  12. Meka says:

Hi there! It’s Monday 8th Feb and I’m just wondering what to do about the “New Video” on the February calendar for today? Our time zone is ahead of you so maybe you haven’t released it yet? Thanks so much!

    1. blogilates says:

We released today’s video yesterday! So it should be up 🙂 It is 10 min Pilates Abs!

  13. Samantha Gould says:

Can you do some workouts for people that have scoliosis? It’s hard for me to work out because it hurts my back 😩

    1. Anna says:

I’m a bit confused about that new video section. I’m following the calendar on your app and on Monday evening I did my workout for the day which were 3 videos. Now days later it shows your new video on that calendar day. I obviously hadn’t done because it wasn’t there before. It really bugs me since my goal was to do all the exercises each day ^^ (also living in a different time zone makes this kinda hard to include into that days workout)

  14. Dallel says:

Oh dear Cassey , I wish you did a weekend challenge, I have only weekends to workout on

  15. Dagmar says:

Dear Cassey, thank you so much for the calendar! I also did the 21-day tone challenge and before that I did the summer sculpt program. What I really miss is a short warmup before the workout like in the summer sculpt. We were also always told in my pe-class that warmup is one of the most important things when working out, but maybe that’s more important in like soccer or football? Anyway do you recommend a short warmup or is it not necessary for Pilates? Thank you

    1. blogilates says:

Yes you can def add your own warm up, I have a few vids for that if you need it!

  16. Violet says:

Hi! If anyone’s interested, I made a clickable PDF so when you tap on the video of the day, it takes you straight there 🙂

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/9ps3anq5yv49tkv/feb_2021_cal_LINKS.pdf?dl=0

For anyone wondering how to do this themselves, i just use Foxit pdf and manually input each link. In the Home tab there’s a button to create links within the PDF above the Bookmark option.

    1. Lorraine says:

      Very useful thxx!!

  17. Maude says:

Hey Cassey. I am loving your workouts and the cute outfits and work out gear. Any idea where I can buy them in Canada? We don’t have a target unfortunately 🙁

  18. KP says:

Hi Casey – Thanks so much for these calendars! They have made a world of difference for my fitness routine. Would it be possible to provide the calendar in PDF or a higher resolution format please? I like to print a mini calendar to paste into my journal and check off, but the JPEG files are really blurry when printed smaller. Thank you again for everything!

    1. NPC says:

My husband just converted them to PDFs for me. It was super easy! I wish I could send it to you somehow.

  19. Cramp killer says:

Hi!! So I’ve been working out the last few months, and just recently my period and cramps are making it so much harder for me to workout. I’m constantly worried if I’m “leaking”. I’ve tried stretches to help with cramps, but I just can’t seem to finish a full workout. And then I feel bad if I don’t even attempt to workout. Any tips on how to help manage workouts around your period? Thank you!

    1. blogilates says:

I’m literally posting something about this today!!! Stay tuned!!

  20. Justin Luczak says:

Honestly I’m up for both mental and physical superactavity!

  21. alekse says:

Hi Casey. I subscribed last month and am following along! I was wondering if you can integrate the calendar with the video workout? In other words, can i click on the workout in the calendar and go to the video? I am not a techie and originally thought that was integrated but then I realized I had to go to the video under the calendar….just wondering ….

    1. blogilates says:

You can find all the daily workout playlists here: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  23. ReNaye Davis says:

I hit my three rings on all month long on my iWatch app.

  24. Sylva says:

Dear Cassey, I’d like to thank you for your amazing workout program for January. 21 minute exercise for me worked very well, so I want to ask you is it ok to work out “ONLY” 21 minute (you know because your February calender has 40 and more minute exercise). Thank you for your answer and also for your great job! Sylva

  25. Selena Hang says:

I’d thought I share my 21 Day tone EXPERINCE.! I took a before and after picture and WOW! Thank you so much for your awesome guidance <3. My body feels a little lighter and my body has definitely got stronger.

      YES!!!! I love hearing this!!!

  27. Laura Kim says:

Oh no, I was so happy with the 20-30 minutes. I don’t have 50 minutes each morning with two toddlers. 😔

    1. blogilates says:

This is how our calendars normally look so you can choose the daily videos that work with your sched 🙂

  28. Yadira says:

Yay So Excited to try this out!!!

  29. Carolina says:

Can I also switch it up with my own workouts? I also have the Nike Training Club App and I want to include workouts from there and substitute them with the booty and arm days into my February calendar that printed out from the calendar printables.

  30. Kelsey says:

The floral backgrounds for the 2021 workout calendars are so pretty! Just finished the January calendar and I am so ready for February! Thank you Cassey! <3

    1. blogilates says:

Whooooo I love the flowers tooooo!

  31. Ayla says:

When it says “new video”, should we do that workout as well as the other three on the list? Or is the new video included?

    1. blogilates says:

Yes! New video is part of that day!

  34. Val says:

Ah, I´m so excited, I really appreciate you putting these together for us, for a busy person like me, it´s a dream come true! I must say, I was looking forward to your two new vids (the resistance band and the dancer full body ones) being here, but hey, nothing´s stopping me from switching things up a little to do these two as well!

    1. blogilates says:

      You are so welcome!

  35. Amy says:

I want to get to my first huge weight goal of 200 lbs. I got so close in 2019 & then put the weight back on last year 😥. So I plan to surpass 2019 & hit that weight goal!

  36. Michelle says:

Hi Cassey! I’ve always been curious about the order of the videos, and whether it’s important to do them in the order you listed them on the calendar/in the playlist! For example, for February 1st it has the “10 Minute Full Body Warm Up” as the 3rd video… When shouldn’t it be the 1st? 🤔

Thank you so much for all of the work and effort you put in into creating these free workout plans (and videos) for us! I’m forever grateful for you, even when I’m absolutely dying during the workouts 😂❤️

    1. Michelle says:

I also forgot to add that I hope to accomplish listening to my body more this month! And to give it the love that it deserves 💖It’s my valentine, after all!

  37. Lauren says:

Thanks for this! Just wanted to point out a typo, it says October in the post above 🙂
