I remember the good 'ol days of spontaneity when I was younger! If my friend Ifrah wanted to get boba right then and there, I was down! Disneyland? Let's go! Road trip? YOLO (yes, in my 20s, YOLO was still relevant)! But now, hang outs require a who-what-when text or email conversation; a Google calendar invite sent 2 weeks in advance; and a day-before confirmation, likely leading to a postponement because other responsibilities always pop up!
