What’s a YOLO Meal? And GREAT GATSBY WORKOUT coming soon!
What’s a YOLO Meal? And GREAT GATSBY WORKOUT coming soon!
Hope you had a beautiful weekend. New vlog on how I schedule my YOLO meal every week! Please watch above.
I think it is very important to indulge once in a while, because you only live once right? I like to eat clean 6 days out of the week and go crazy on one YOLO meal on Friday or Saturday. I usually do my bulk of groceries of Sunday and refresh for the rest of the week.
Notice that I said “I like.” 🙂 As you know, I’ve been kinda bad the past couple months with the traveling so I was a little more indulgent than usual, but it’s ok! It was a conscious decision and it makes me feel good. Food is more than just calories, it’s a cultural experience. Taste is a magnificent sense to have and I like to use it!
Being healthy is more than just looking fit and eating clean…it’s also about having a healthy relationship with food! Please don’t feel guilty about eating! You need to look at food differently. It is not the enemy. Not only does it nourish your body, but it also nourishes your soul! In addition, you need to eat YOLO style once in a while to keep your metabolism guessing. If you go too long eating the same thing over and over again, your body will not know how to react when it gets something different. In fact, I have personal experience with this. After the bikini comp, and after eating spotlessly for nearly 8 weeks, I had a huge burger with a slice of cheesecake as my celebratory meal. After dinner, my stomach hurt so bad and I immediately bloated up and went into a food coma. It was not fun.
So…eat a variety of food and stay as seasonal as possible! This will naturally save you $ (seasonal fruits and veggies are always on sale) and the foods will be fresher too because they won’t be imported from afar.
Now onto other news…
My butt hurts soooooooooo much. I mean soooooooo much from filming The Great Gatsby workout all day yesterday. I seriously charlestoned all over Los Angeles County. I did the routine a bajillion times. I am so excited for the movie to come out…have you watched the trailer yet? No!? Here, watch it:
The last time I saw the old movie and read the book was sophomore year of high school in English class. I remember East Egg, West Egg, Daisy, Tom, Myrtle, Gatsby’s big parties and his hydroplane car. The trailer looks so fantastic, colorful, and sparkly. I really can’t wait to watch it! Plus, all the billboards in LA are all Gatsby’d up. I can’t go a block without seeing one! I wonder how many millions they spent on marketing…
Anyway, all the Gatsby talk inspired me to do a Gatsby workout. Remember the last time I did a movie workout? It was the Hunger Games one that sadly got taken down because Lionsgate was like “ummm this is illegal.” I was like “SERIOUSLY!!???” There were so many beauty gurus and musicians on YouTube doing things related too! Lionsgate’s legal department kept saying that because my video wasn’t a “parody” I couldn’t have it up! But like, is doing a Katniss Everdeen makeup tutorial a parody? Yea. Didn’t think so.
I tried to fight back but ultimately they won and forced me to take it down. I hope Warner Bros. won’t do the same. I’ll make sure to take all the precautions necessary to make sure you all will be able to view it on Wednesday May 8th! (Oh and for anyone wondering where the new video is…this is it but it’s been delayed because it’s a big editing project for me. So do Gangnam Style Cardio Dance today.)
Here are some behind the scenes shots:
Funky Knees!
Twistin’ away!
Taking a moment to pose at the Mulholland Fountain.
Later that day, I was alerted by my friend Ana Caban to go to Cicada in downtown. It’s a 20’s nightclub where everyone dresses up. EVEN THE MEN.
I was excited to amortize my costume!
Ana told me about this place as she was interviewing me on her radio show “The Shift with Ana and Skip” when she found out that I was at the Griffith Observatory in a flapper dress on a cell phone. LOL. You can listen to the radio interview below! Their show is all about transforming yourself and my topic was about blogging:
Sweat happy!!!

I don’t get the time to do blogilates everyday cause of school and homework but I do run for 30 mins 3 miles five times a week and my biggest yolo meal has been two tspns nutella 1/4 cup raisins and part of a oat raisin cookie. Even afterwards I feel fat and overweight I don’t feel happy with my body and I always count calories and eat healthy but I always feel fat after eating some crasins and nutella. I’m a young adult of 11-13 years old and I count calories because I feel fat even though almost everyone says I’m getting too skinny of 83 pounds . Do I have an eating disorder??? I run and do abb workouts but see no results I’m trying to loose stomach fat and eat healthy but my parents say this is the growing stage of a child and that I shouldn’t worry too much they say I need to eat as much as possible. P.S. sometime I don’t get time to work out or run and end up running only 3 or two times a week because of HW and not enough time.
Sweetheart, it’s good to be healthy, but at 83 pounds, you do not need to worry. Instead of eating too much or too little, be moderate and know that THIS IS YOUR GROWING STAGE, which is true. You are healthy, just understand what your body is telling you. If you have not eaten in 9 hours and are forcing yourself not to eat, you have a disorder. You don’t need to count calories, just focus on being happy with your body and savor delicious food, it’s a pleasure of life.
My birthday is coming up this Friday(23), and I really want to eat a cupcake from this place called Jilly’s. How clean to I need to be in order to eat the jumbo one(which I plan to eat as dinner and desert)?

I just have this question… why does a YOLO meal help with metabolism? I just cant relate to it.
I’m really struggling with having a YOLO meal, or any meal at all. Every time I eat, I go and work out because I feel so guilty. I’m a sophomore in high school and recovering from anorexia. It’s so hard. This week has been super stressful. I’m extremely active. I run cross country and do half marathons and cycle as well. I’m a vegetarian and an extremely healthy eater. I want a healthy relationship with food, but I don’t know how to start.
Hi Lauren! Firstly, I just wanna say that I’m no expert at this. I just wanted to reply to sort of give you my support and encouragement. It must be really hard for you but I guess you should take it a step at a time. Start viewing food as a friend, instead of a foe. How about you eat one YOLO meal and then refrain from working out? Tell yourself, “I deserve this meal. I will enjoy this meal. For today, I will eat this meal happily.” It might work, it might not. Just try? But again, you can also just ignore my advice cuz I’m no expert. But whatever it is, YOU CAN DO IT! You will get through this. 🙂
I’ve had an unhealthy relationship with food in the past. One thing that helps me is that instead of letting myself feel bad for eating, I try to think of food as fuel. You need enough otherwise your body gets all screwed up. Whenever I start feeling guilty, I just remind myself that I eat healthy and I workout. It takes time, but eventually it gets easier. In fact I had a piece of chocolate cake last night for my friend’s birthday and didn’t feel bad about it at all, I just got up this morning, had a healthy breakfast, and worked out. Also, I try to remind myself that if I don’t get enough calories, my metabolism slows down, which isn’t good for trying to maintain a healthy weight.
HI Lauren!
It sounds like you are really working hard to overcome this and move forward with your life. Congratulations! I’m a professional health educator and would encourage you to keep in contact with a counselor or someone you can trust to talk to. Keep moving forward one day at a time. A girl recovering needs a good person to talk to in order to stay strong and healthy. If you try a counselor and you don’t connect with her, try someone else. Their job is to help you move forward with your life. Best wishes for you!
Michelle
Thanks designed for sharing such a fastidious opinion, piece of writing is pleasant, thats why i have read it fully
Hey Casey!
Thanks for always being so awesome! I’m curious. Now that you’re not training for a bikini competition or anything. What do your 5-6 days of clean eating look like?
I’m totally discouraged. I do Cassy’s calendar workouts in the mornings, walk at lunch, and do zumba twice a week in the evenings. I do feel like I have more muscle and am stronger, but the fat isnt going anywhere and the scale keeps going up. I’m 157lbs (as of this morning) and am 5’5″. I think I eat healthy, and do occasionally “cheat” but I’ve become a slave to food. I’m desperatekly afraid of carbs so I stay away, but I’m hungry all the time. I also drink (diet coke & vodka) on most nights. I’m getting to the point that I’d rather just stop eating, or limit my calorie intake insanely to see the scale move. It’s so depressing and discouraging. I swore I wouldn’t have another ‘fat’ summer, but now summer is right around the corner and I’m at the heaviest weight I’ve ever been. Really upset about this…
Hi Lisa,
So im so sorry that you are discouraged about the weight. Lets analyze how we can make you take off those pounds. How many carbs are you intaking per day?? Fat?? Protein?? You should keep a diary to see what you have eaten recently. There is a App called MYPlate that is free!! I want to help because i know how you feel I was at 141, my highest, for a long time and I could not take it off and I am 5’4″. But i have been monitoring my eating and I am now 126 only after 3 months it was super hard but basically what i did was only took in 2 carbs (make sure its healthy no processed food) per day. This means that each carb had about 15-20 grams. I took in about 12-14 oz of protein (1oz = 7g). and only 2 fats (healthy of course nuts, avocado) and I only had about 1000 to 1200 calories per day with like light cardio 40-50min (I didn’t do cardio everyday) in my fat burning range and of course blogilates lol. I measured all my food. It was super hard (especially when your boyfriend is eating super bad in front of you). You can “cheat” but just get right back on the horse!! Hopefully this helps!!! Also minimize the drinking even if it is just vodka and diet coke that will help a lot! 🙂
I stopped counting calories (used to use myfitnesspal.com) because I found that when I was told I still have extra calories, I would eat even though I wasn’t hungry, because I knew I could ‘afford’ it. My typical day is eggwhites & 1 piece of weight watcher’s toast right after my workout (7am), a banana with yogurt and 10 almonds for morning snack, a salad with some protein in it (tuna, chicken, etc) at lunch, and either a high-protein snack late afternoon if I am going to zumba (which is from 7-8 so I don’t get home until late and try to avoid being starving by then) or celery with hummus if I’m not going to zumba. Dinner is usually protein and vegetables. I’m a binge eater though, so if my hubby isn’t home and I’m starving I scarf down 3 or 4 cookies without even realizing it. I also know the driniking is an issue. Right now, it’s 1:30pm where I am and I’m STARVING. I’ve already had my early breakfast (had a shake cause I was running late with a banana, coconut water, protein powder and chia seeds), yogurt with all bran buds as a snack, and my salad. All I have left is celery with hummus, and I have zumba tonight….grrrr I hate being so hungry all the time! I wish I had more control 🙁
Oh and I also drink a ton of water -16 ounces before I leave for work, 80 ounces while at work, and maybe 16 oz afterwards.
So right there in one day you have had about entire day almost all carbs even if they are healthy. (banana, yogurt, bran, toast) . Try subbing like cheese sticks and some turkey jerky or like nuts, carrot sticks, hard boiled eggs. Maybe a protein bar (beware of the carbs though and fat content on the bars) I also get this bread from sarah lee that is only 45 calories per slice and it counts as half a carb, what!!! Yes and its yummers!! I totally understand the binge eating because I do the same. Especially if I am at home all day long. (BOREDOM MUNCHIES lol). Why don’t you sub the yogurt with like a protein shake (I drink the atkins chocolate protein with the blue cap). Honestly with the hunger you just have to fight through it. Its literally all self control I KNOW i have been there and still struggle because even though they say eating healthy keeps you fool its wrong it doesnt because all those veggies get worked out throughout the day. But you have to keep your mind occupied ask yourself am I really hungry or just bored?? And while you lift that cookie up to your mouth think do i really need this, and say NOOOOO i want to look good this summer. Paste pictures up everywhere of the body you desire so that it helps motivate you. Also I buy these peach fruit cups that are sugar free and 25 cals and are so good!!!! instead of reaching for that cookie grab those peaches! DRINKING DOES HAVE ALOT TO DO WITH WEIGHT I dont drink alcohol only on nights i go out and even then i try not to.
Also its 1:11pm here.
Dont think of counting cals when you keep a food diary just do it to see where your going wrong through the day. put everything in there even the binge food so then when you go back you can reflect on what to fix 🙂
Hey Lisa, it sounds like maybe you aren’t letting yourself have enough calories throughout the day, which is why you’re starving by the end of the day. I know it sounds weird, but I was eating about 1200 calories a day and wasn’t losing any weight! Then I checked my BMR (just google BMR calculator) and I found out I should be eating at least 1500 calories (but check your own because everyone’s BMR is different). Once I started eating more I actually started losing weight. Now I eat around 1650 calories and I’m still losing weight (about 2 pounds this week). I weight 157 too and am 5’5″ as well, so that could be what is holding you back. If you don’t want to eat more, try incorporating more calorie dense foods into your diet (avocados, peanut butter, more nuts, etc.) and be sure to have healthy snacks to much on when you do get hungry. I highly suggest recording your calories every once in a while just to be sure you’re eating in the right range. Also, sometimes the weight doesn’t change, but your body does, so be sure to take your measurements or try on the a certain pair of pants every once in a while to see if they’re getting looser on you.
ok thanks for this – I will try upping the protein and lowering the carbs. Can you share what you eat in a day. My email address is lkatz@unisource.ca if you would like to send me a typical day there. Thanks so much for your help!!!
You may need to eat more. If your net has been consistently under your BMR, your body may have gone into starvation mode. While some would call starvation mode a plateau, it is in fact the result of your body NOT operating at full capacity and hanging into fat stores. A survival method. You may need to up your caloric intake to get your body out of that. In addition, don’t get discourage by the number on that scale. Weight fluctuations A LOT. Remember that, and perhaps consider replacing your processed “low cal/carb” bread with wholesome grains or whole wheat bread. Neither carbs not calories are inherently bad. As for your binge eating, is it emotional? If so, you should consider confronting the reasons behind it. I you’re simply eating out of boredom, find another activity to occupy your hands.
No, my binge eating is beacsue I’m starving at the end of the day and want to eat everything I see lol! I’m trying the Dukan Diet starting today, just to kick start my weight loss and provide some motivation. It’s a strict protein only diet for 2-7 days depending on how much you have to lose, than you swicth to alternating between all protein days, and all veggies & protein days until you get fairly close to your goal weight. After that you begin incorporating small amounts of healthy whole grains and some fruit. Hoping it’s the kick in the ass that I need. Thanks for your advise 🙂
Hey girl! One thing that I learned when I was successful with weight loss is that we need to keep our blood sugar levels from spiking, which brings on those cravings for refined, sugary snacks (chips, cookies, bread…) I know I’m not the only one who gets those! This means that you need to eat whole wheat everything! White bread is not much better than cake. Also, always pair a protein with a carb. So, if you’re going to eat an apple, grab a few almonds with it! Small meals are also good for keeping your blood sugar stable, because if you wait too long to eat there is a greater chance you will pig out! It sounds like you’re doing great on that already though 🙂 So small meals, complex (whole wheat) carbs, and carb +protein=GOLD. You got this girl! 🙂
Thanks Cady 🙂
IT’s so nice to be able to vent here and be motivated by everyone who is doing so well! THanks again:)
I have struggled with binge & boredom eating as well so I know how DIFFICULT it can be to overcome this. That said, the answer is not always to eat less. Rather, eat more but eat simply. What does this mean? Try to limit what you eat that comes from a package or is processed. If you want to eat cookies, try baking them yourself (watching how much oil or butter you put in can be an eye-opener). http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com has amazing, healthy & low-cal dessert recipes.
Also, if you’ve got to binge, make sure to keep raw fruits and veggies in the house. You can snack on basically unlimited celery sticks and sugar snap peas, for example. Fruits can be high in sugar, so if you’re worries about that try berries because they have a low GI (glycemic index). Also although it may be hard to skip the booze, try to limit that to 1 or 2 times per week (ideally cut it out during the weight loss phase because drinking and weight loss just don’t go hand in hand).
If you have a friend in a similar situation, it may be fun to become ‘health buddies’ together. To make this a real, permanent change, it needs to become a lifestyle rather than a phase or a diet.
Best of luck! I am here if you need me. 🙂
Well…..5 days on the Dukan Diet and I’m down 7lbs. Feeling great, starting the Cruise Phase tomorrow. Yay!
Hi lisa, try replacing the diet coke (and any other fizzy drinks) with regular water (add mint/lemon/cucumber to make it interesting). Your liver may be too busy processing the chemicals in the diet coke and has no time/energy to get rid of the fat. Good luck!
Haha if we need a breakdown for it that means it’s gonna be hard right? Whyyyyyyyyyyy?
I love the theme so thank you for that! I’m waiting for the movie as well because I’m curious to see if they really stuck to the novel and of course Baz Lurhman is simply amazing! I’m sure you loved Moulin Rouge 😀 The trailer is so colorful!!
I definitly want to check out the Cicada when I go to the US!!!!
PS: that style suits you so well! Have you ever tried short hair?
I vote yes on the video breakdown. So excited for the video! You make them so much fun despite me wanting to cry while ‘attempting’ to finish them properly! x
Girl, I cannot TELL you how much I appreciate your posts like this!! With so many diet fads, restrictions and eating disorders out there, it is so refreshing to hear someone speaking SENSE!! And yes, this is coming from a former anorexic/recovering bulimic. I love that you help us see eating clean as a healthy lifestyle, not a diet, and how treating yourself should be a delightful celebration. I want to be a chef and travel to learn all sorts of cuisines, because you are right, it is such a deliciously cultural thing. Thanks for being a normal person who loves her body and her food, and encouraging us all to do the same! I so appreciate it, and God bless!
Hi, I love love love love love your website and your youtube videos! the recipes you post sound amazeballs! 😉 your always soo happy!!! 😀
anyway, me and my friend want to get a “perfect” bikini body so we can feel confident this summer vacation! im also going on holiday before( in a month) so i need to get 1 fast! any suggestions? i love food! i live in china yet i only eat foreign food XD!! me and my friend plan to do extreme sports in the weekend! (like a fun run & a few different videos) i know how you say ” abs are made in the gym but shown in the kitchen” but i dont know what to eat! there are only a few different diet foods that are availible in my local grocer 🙁 any tips??
luv and kisses Pippa and Emma
Double yes to food being an experience and being indulgent! I was reminded of this quote from W. Somerset Maugham: “Excess on occasion is exhilarating. It prevents moderation from acquiring the deadening effect of a habit.”
This post is very timely, especially that I ate VERY well this past weekend and got my snack on today haha. (But I can happily say I was still able to do the entire workout for day 6 of #MayMuscles–yes, including the 100 Burpees!)
Hey Cassey,
You should check ‘Lindy Hop’ It’s a dance scene inspired by the 20’s/30’s and charlingston dance. It’s really fun!
i never have the time to comment but just want you to know because i know you do read this, YOU ARE AWESOME! I love how genuine you are and not one of those freakish fit people who think food is just fuel… food is def more than just that! thanks to admitting youre human!
I’m interested to see how this workout will go! On the other hand, seriously Hollywood, just, seriously? Get some new ideas, stop remaking stuff 😛 (Although, Dicaprio looks like he plays a great Gatsby!)
I loved your video and post about YOLO meals. Seriously! I eat a lot of the same things. And I have really upped my working out (this is my 4th week?) since I found you. But my last weigh in I went up .4 lbs. I’m not concerned, I could have had more sleep or something, no biggy…but I always fear eating something wrong because I’m going away soon and know that i will be YOLOing the few days I’m there, so I – successfully – was being fairly strict, but very much routine eating (same meals, ingredients in meals etc) and as I’ve said a million times before – I’m on WW so I only get to eat so much a day anyway, and I have to incorporate certain things…but I totally went out today and got a donut – within my WW points allowance and I hope my body will be like “whaaaaaat is this?? ” And then kick back into action. Anyway – I’m rambling.
The main thing I wanted to say to you and other Popsters is Cassey is right about the food coma. I generally eat like a Princess (very guidelined, generally portioned, etc – for weight loss) And then things like Christmas, Anniversary, Birthdays I gorge on tasty things and my body freaks out and isn’t used to it and I actually keel over in pain and bloat up. So I think she’s right in saying – YES keep incorporating these foods, just in moderation, because if like me – you don’t touch them for a loooong time…they will remember that you abandoned them and they also will not want to be your friend when you come crawling back.
I think that’s the end of my rant 😛 hahaha
it’s also possible you gained in muscle weight, muscle is heavier then fat.
oh yeah. and thats why im not upset because I can see some difference in my body. 😀
Favorite quote: “Being healthy is more than just looking fit and eating clean…it’s also about having a healthy relationship with food!” One of my favorite bloggers actually posted today about how being “healthy” is more than just eating right and working out. It’s all about how you feel! Check it out.

Hi Cassey,
You look gorgeous with short hair and long hair! So cute!
Can’t wait for the Great Gatsby workout!
After the 8 weeks of clean eating, did you have any bad food reactions to healthy foods (fruits, vegs. nuts) or just to YOLO meals?
Kalbi with spicy ramen!!! ^_^
I can’t wait! the workout and the movie are going to be great! 🙂
Cassey!!! omg i love you!!! And I’m so excited for the Great Gatsby Workout, I’m reading the book right now and i love it!!Where do you get your inspiration???? eeeeeeeeeee……..
p.s. MY YOLO MEAL IS A BELGIUM WAFFLE WITH STRAWBERRIES, CHOCOLATE FUDGE AND ICE CREAM ON THE TOP! YUM
was wondering if by chance you could do a short demo of meal prepping for the week.. i guess i just like the idea – but idk ?…not sure.. i’m a visual person ! : )
Ahhhhh Cassey SO excited for the Gatsby workout!!! I’m a junior in high school and we just got done reading The Great Gatsby and I can honestly say it is one of the best books I’ve ever read! On Friday our teacher is taking our class to go see it. 🙂 I cannot WAIT for your Gatsby workout, it’s gonna be awesome!!!
Also loved your post on the YOLO meals. My favorite YOLO meal would have to be the vegetarian orange chicken and rice from Oriental Pavillion… yummmmm….
Btw you looked SO GORGEOUS in the video!!<3
I’m totally in the exact same situation! It’s so exciting that not only did we read the book in English this year, the movie’s coming out too, and she’s making a workout for it! The Great Gatsby is definitely one of my favorites 🙂
Please please please do a dance breakdown! I am dancing dumb and it takes me forever to figure out what’s going on so I can sort of follow along lol.
Same!! For the dance videos I have to do them three or four times before I actually figure it out, a dance breakdown would be awesome.
Me 2!! Love the costume btw!! Dressing up is so fun! and short hair suits you too 🙂
A breakdown would be perfect!
awww I would have loved the hunger games workout!!!!! 🙁 bad Lionsgate lol
Hey Cassey! I have a question about eating clean while on a budget. Money is a little tight right now for my family. I don’t eat horrifically– I hate fast food and try to eat as healthily as possible, and I love fruits and veggies. However, I still find myself eating a good bit of packaged snacks or, for dinner, we sometimes have microwave meals or soup. I don’t yet have my license, so there is no way for me to go out and grocery shop myself. My mom tries to buy healthy foods when she can, but it’s just not realistic for us to buy all organic or splurge on health foods. In a month or so I will be able to drive out and get some clean foods myself, but until then, do you (or any others) have any ideas on how I can eat clean, or some inexpensive things I can convince my mom to buy that would help?
I think generally fruits and veggies are one of the more inexpensive items at the store. And you don’t need to go organic – the price will raise that way. If you do prefer organic or the like, check out a local farmers market…maybe hosted on a weekend and get some good deals there. They’re locally grown and often organic and you can haggle too or they’ll give you a good deal if you buy a few items. (crates of eggs are sold sometimes there too depending) Also seasonal things – she mentioned that – berries, corn on the cob soon.
Sometimes I also find, if you just incorporate more veggies for example to bulk up a meal (in pasta sauces, on sandwiches, soups etc) it’ll be pretty satisfying, filling and you get all those great foods too. Maybe try freezing some things when you make them for left overs. Making recipes from your head with what you have (I do that to use everything up) Things that would go together, you know – spices are your friend here.
You can only do what you can do and trust me I understand!! Maybe make part of your cardio a walk to a store to get “you” specific foods, and if you can avoid it, try to stay away from microwave meals, even the smart ones or lean cuisines are full of sodium and that can make you bloated or retain water and make the scale lie to you too (drink water for that)…maybe flyer shop too. Or shop with a like minded friend and maybe you guys cam prep meals together sharing ingredients you bought.
Just keep a good attitude and like you said, do what you can. Things will come around for you, just keep your head up.
Hope this helped some,
I try to eat organic as much as possible but I know that it can sometimes add up. The suggestion regarding farmers markets is good, and to help you out; any fruit, no matter where you get it, in order to be considered organic, its sticker number needs to begin with the number 9. Traditionally grown fruits sticker number begins with the number 4. This makes a difference in how they were grown. (i.e. pesticides and chemicals) I would recommend that if you were to go organic on any food items, it would be those fruits and veggies that are considered part of the “dirty dozen” items as they absorb the most chemicals. Hope that helps. Best of luck! x
The farmer’s markets I’ve been to are actually more expensive than the store. My recommendation is to garden if you can-saves my family tons of $$. Also, it is fun and organic! You can order plants online if you can’t make it out. Try tomatoes or blueberries. Look for things you can grow in pots if you don’t have a yard 🙂
Also, frozen fruit with yogurt is healthy and inexpensive.
Oh reallly looking forward to this one! Can’t wait and a dance breakdown would be awesome too! 🙂
I just read The Great Gatsby this year in English and I love love loved it! I’m super super excited for the movie and it’s so awesome that you’re doing a workout for it!!! I can’t wait until I’m over my illness so I can do it 🙂 Thanks sooo much! This is awesome! You’re awesome!!
Woo! Can’t wait for the Great Gatsby Workout! And yes, please do a dance breakdown video!
I’m so excited! You are living the dream girl! My favourite cheat meal is whole wheat waffles. They taste delicious and are there when I don’t have any plans, like a sweet waiting lover at the end of the week and they fill me with love and joy. mmmmm <3
I love that you’re touching the food relationship topic, it’s very neccessary and you have a voice many people will hear… Speak up, girl! 🙂 And Gatsby themed workout seems so cool!
The Great Gatsby workout looks like it will be so fun!
My favorite YOLO meal especially because I don’t have it often at all would be Gyros! Or a good Italian Roast Beef!
maybe put in the description box “Not intended to infringe upon copyright of the upcoming movie The Great Gatsby” or something like that! excited! you’re adorable. 🙂 And I love your new YOLO meal video!!
Please do a dance breakdown video! That would help a lot! Thanks Cassey!
Yeahhh so cool! im super excited for the Great Gatsby Workout! its gonna burnnnnn. im stll sore from yesterday, hahah. but its gonna be good!!
