WORKOUT DETAILS

Ow-Owwww!!!!

Grab dem heels of yours and do this workout with me now! Too much fun TRYING to be sexy while getting a leg workout in! The smaller and higher your heel…the harder. No wedges allowed.

Train like a beast, look like a beauty eyelet hoodie! See more colors. You really need to click on the link so you can see the more detailed photos of this hoodie. The eyelet detailing is just gorgeous! Plus it’s a longer length hem which is nice, cozy, and slimming. I also wanted to put one of my fave inspirational quotes in a very peculiar and discrete place with this design. I put the quote on the inside of the hoodie so that it’s kinda like a secret that only you and I know about 😉

I WILL KILL IT tank. I decided it had to be made after you guys got such a good laugh from this meme I made on Instagram (my username is @Blogilates):

Haha gotta love those old school dumbbells. Pick up those weights ladies!!! And finally, my most favorite design of all in this release…

I am Ready. I am Beast. GRRRRR! This tank was inspired after I wrote a blog post randomly saying that and a bunch of y’all were like make a shirt, make a shirt! So I did! And this is our first tank with a cool graphic on it since the “Muffintops are from Muffins Only” tank from way back in the day. Do you remember that one? Seems like eons ago!

Don’t forget to use the “thanks10” code which gives you 10% off all your purchases on ogorgeous.com until 11/22!

Which design do you like best?

I can’t believe it’s more than a week into November! That is so coconuts. Already the gym is getting emptier and emptier as people start to get lazy and prep up for the holidays. Thanks for staying strong and pushing through the toughest of exercise seasons! You’re amazing! Yay-yuhhhh, we go #NutsInNovember!

And here’s your workout command of the day:

Give me 10 Mini Donuts going clockwise and 10 going counterclockwise. This truly trains your lower abs as well as work your hip flexibility. Try to keep your low back pressed into the mat and suck your belly button in super tight! GO! NOW!

I’m headed down to SoCal in several hours for a really cool  LA Live Twilight event happening on Friday. Basically, I will be teaching some of my fave workouts to crazy, screaming, Twilight fans who are camping out for days to watch the premier. It’s an event co-hosted with Jamba Juice and they wanted to encourage staying fit while camping out. LOL. This is awesome! I’ll try to do a vlog when I am down there. I don’t know if they will be filming the whole sesh but I’ll share as much as I can. I am planning on teaching and performing the Call Me Maybe Squats, Gangnam Style Cardio Dance, and a very special Twilight themed workout! You know, like Bella biceps and such 😀

I must admit I am not a Twihard by any means so I have a lot of reading to do to truly understand this phenomenon. If I get one detail wrong about the story during my workout, oh man, Cassey’s gonna get vampire-sucked. Or bitten. Or whatever you call it when vampires munch on you.

Okie dokie! Packing time! Hope I run into some of you when I am in LA!

<3 Cassey

PS – tweet me pics of the heels you decide to wear for the workout! I wanna see!

My sister told me to try the stiletto workout and it was very fun and entertaining. Besides the fact you get a great workout, you really do make it fun. I’ve tried to workout regularly using other videos and Pinterest lists, but I lose determination when it starts to feel like a chore. I genuinely think I could do you videos every do and enjoy them. THanks for making them available for everyone without having to have a membership.

P.S. I wore my favorite 5 inch nude heels 🙂

Nice job, het is een grote post. De informatie is goed om te weten!

Just tried this stiletto workout (because it was on the Feb calendar) and O.M.G. so hard. I am a dancer and have spent MANYYY hours in character shoes and heels, not to mention I have danced on pointe, so I was surprised at the difficulty! There is something VERY different about wearing heals vs being on your tip toes too… Anyways, I liked it. I def wasn’t “sexy” doing it though- but that is okay because I am in my own home and no one can see me! Keep up the good work!

Do you ship overseas? I really like your stuff!

  5. Terina says:

Wow cassey! Love these videos! You made me keep going when I wanted to quit! Tough but I want that VS body! Thanks!

  6. karly says:

i understand that you’re trying to keep things interesting, but this video is just ridiculous. i’m a fan of your workouts, but i would never do anything in heels. i’m an occupational therapist and the cons of even walking in heels, let alone working out in them, far outweigh the pros. girls, please be careful while doing this one. corns, callouses, feet & back pain can result from this. if you must, choose heels under 2inches.

    1. Elle says:

I’m sure a 15 min workout in heels won’t hurt anyone! Most professional business women walk in heels 8+ hours a day.. Lets not be dramatic! I loved it<3

    2. Charity says:

I think it’s a great work out kinda like dancing but much slower.. But i can understand karly’s point of view we certainly should be aware of the fact that wearing heels and working out on them could be damaging our body. nevertheless it worked for me.

I think all Cassey is trying to do is put in varieties of workouts for people with different styles.. If you liked her old videos, do them. You dont like the new videos? Dont do these.. Shes doing alot to help so many people and it is her choice as to what workout videos she makes. I for one love these sexy workouts. If you are ‘no longer a fan’ because you dont like a few workout videos she posted then go find pther videos or go make your own. Simple

I used to love you Cassey, but i cant do this workout! im only 13 and 1. dont own heels and 2. am soooo not running the risk of my dad walking in on me doing this. its just too much… maybe ill go do an earlier video. i used to be a fan, but maybe i should get a workout dvd or something 🙁

I love you Cassey, but I can’t do this workout! I’m only 13 and I 1. don’t own heels, and 2. am SOOOOO not running the risk of my dad walking in on me doing this!!!!! Sorry but this is too much…. maybe i’ll go back and do the earlier videos 🙁

  11. Elizabeth says:

I used to love your workouts, but lately they have been getting to me. It seems so focused on looking sexy or fitting into a stereotypical image that a woman is “supposed” to be. Like wearing high heels or short skirts on Halloween. I’m just tired of it. I wouldn’t want my pre-teen or teenage daughter to look at your videos, not now. When you first started, yes! They were…normal. Real. While you yourself are positive when you are doing the workouts, your new style just doesn’t match the message of health and I am no longer a fan.

  12. Jackie says:

Okay, this is random. But HELP! I wasn’t very familiar with the food Quinoa, so I accidently poured like a tablespoon straight from the box into my cereal. Will this cause me any harm?!

  13. tam says:

I have a big problem. 🙁 I love your videos and they’re perfect for my training. My legs are really burning but with your motivation I can fulfill your workouts. But now a youtube vid (Call Me Maybe Mighty Squat Challenge) was blocked in my country because it had the song Call Me Maybe in it. Could you re-upload it again or send it to me? My biggest problem are my legs and I desperately need it.

  14. Lykke says:

Absolutely love these VS model workouts! Perhaps you could do another one ‘bum like Doutzen (Kroes)’. After the VS her rear caused quite some positive comments and since I think Doutzen is absolutely gorgeous I would love to see a workout like that!
Thank you for all your great, funny and extremely burning videos. Fitness has never been boring anymore, since I know your vids. So keep up the good work!

  15. Izzay says:

Also, I love your strawberry cushion.

  16. Amber says:

I was LOL’n the whole time. This workout was so fun, and so difficult. My ankles are always wobbly during the Natarajasana (dancers pose), and I just know that this video is going to be my go-to for strong ankles.

  17. Amber Dawn says:

Your new model workouts make me laugh. You’re funny and I’m having fun. 🙂 Dont own stilletoes b c I have weird feet but I tried to stay on my tiptoes! Agree w you about the body image bit. Our modern girl has way too much pressureon her to look a certain way! Evryone is unique. We should do our best and accept ourselves for who we are. I’ve had issues w this in the past ( Im 28) but have been blessed w a husband who is constantly telling me how gorgeous I am; that helps me a lot! He’s the best. 🙂 anyways, thanks, Cassie!

    Hey Cassey!!

Thank you so much for this workout!! It made my day.
I had a difficult day at work and at home, I was feeling very depressed but I knew that you guys can cheer me up!!

I´m better now, actually VS workout was so fun!!

    Thank you again!!

  19. Samantha says:

This is the most fun workout vid I’ve done in a while! Cute idea!

  20. Bex says:

    Cassey,
Can you do another arm workout that is harder than Bikini Blaster 4???
Can it have this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dwaCaaqfIK4 song???

Thank you for all your videos!
    Blessings for your competition!
    Never forget you’re Be-U-tiful!

  21. kat says:

Absolutely LOVE this workout – also it somehow felt easier when you’re focusing on being sexy rather than on how much it hurts! 😀 Can’t wait to see the next in this series!

  22. Angel says:

That’s quite the original idea. I’m afraid I’d twist my weak ankles in stilettos though; I can hardly walk in them.

    1. Asha says:

You can wear lower heels. I think her only rule was that you can’t wear wedges… so if you can’t walk in higher heels, try lower ones 🙂 Or stand on your tippy toes the whole time.

  23. Jessica says:

O.M.GEE. The Stilettos video is soo funny! I love your attitude! I need to hurry up and do this one before my husband comes home. That way I wont be embarrassed if he looks at me funny…not to mention he might stop me from working out, lol! Must go put laundry in then hurry back to get my sexy on!!

I was really in the mood to be a couch potato today before work too, so thank you for being so cute and contagious, your blogs and personality really inspire me to workout and better myself! <3 you girlfriend!!

    Jess

  24. Vicki says:

Vampire V-ups? I’m no Twilight fanatic either & my teenbopper years are well behind me. But it’s Bram Stoker’s 165th birthday (see new Google logo) & I am a Blogilates CH fan, maybe I can catch you at the LA Live Twilight event. Bon voyage!

  25. Ryan Noelle says:

I love how you think of such creative workouts! This one really challenged my balance and calves! haha Thanks!

  26. Jackie says:

I love this Victoria Secret theme! And you were so right, stilettos are the new workout tool- it’s ridiculously hard to squat in these shoes!

As for the body confidence thing, I totally agree with you Cassey. I find that when I’m feeling down, the best thing I can do is turn on an awesome song on my headphones and strut down the side walk. Maybe that won’t work for everyone, but it sure works for me!

I am loving all these VS model workouts! XD
