Happy October!
Do you love spooky season, or would you rather just breeze on by to the other upcoming holidays? Last year, Sam and I dressed up as Chip and Joanna Gaines for Halloween even though we really didn’t have any big plans because, well… no one did.
I need to start making some costume plans for this year! It seems like every year I get busy and throw something together kinda last-minute. Orr maybe it’s because fall and the holidays always seem to just sneak up on us?!
Speaking of things that sneak up on us, can you believe it’s already time to talk about the OCTOBER Workout Calendar?!?

Here’s an overview of each day of the October Workout Calendar. We’re zoning in on a different muscle group every day 🙂
SUNDAY: Abs & Obliques
MONDAY: Total Body
TUESDAY: Butt
WEDNESDAY: Cardio
THURSDAY: Upper Body
FRIDAY: Stretch & Recovery
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs
Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Each day will be around 45 min of exercise.

Whatever works for you, but all in one session is best!

This is my first calendar ever, and I’m loving it.
Love the app! I have been following it since it launched and it is by far my favorite way to workout. I workout early in the day and the newest video isn’t up at 5 AM. Is there a way to access it so I can keep my routine consistent?

Is the calender in the app interactive. Or do you have to look for all the workouts in the app yourself. It would be nice if the calender does take you automatically to the right workout.

Thanks. Just trying it out now. I did notice not every video and /or day does have a warm up and cool down. Do you have to do that separate than. It would be nice if it was included in the video or day.
Hey, could you please bring back the clickable calendar that links straight to the videos? I don’t know if it’s difficult for your IT dept to do that but it just means extra steps for us and not every video is named exactly as what’s in the calendar so it means more searching. For those of us that aren’t highly motivated to begin with, it’s the difference in just getting to it and working out or giving up because it’s a pain to search for each video. Thanks

Also, videos should be named exactly as they are on Youtube. Keep it up and don’t lose motivation! All the resources you need are right at your fingertips – you’ve got this!!!
Hi cassey, i do your workouts on youtube.. The only thing that was lacking are warm up and cool down sessions in the routine.. this would greatly help beginners (who are the most of your followers) to prepare the body for the body for the work out and prevent injury. hope you consider a 5 min warm up and 5 min cooldown phase.

Thank you so much for making these calendars every month! I just finished the beginners calendar so going to this is a little bit daunting LOL. If I miss one of the days, should I just skip it or do it the next day? Thanks!
It’s totally up to you but just make sure you hit all the body parts so that you get the full body work (i.e. if you miss upper body this week, try not to miss the week after!)
Are those exercises suitable for postpartum?
It’s different for every person and since I don’t know your situation exactly (how long you worked out before baby, how you are doing now, etc.) I would recommend consulting with your doctor first! Congrats on baby! <3

If you don’t have 45 minutes for that day, and I don’t always, I try for at least 20-30 minutes, what should I do? Is this not the plan for me, or start at the top for each day and see what I fit in? Time restrictions has always meant apart from a few programs I’m more random than scheduled!
That sounds fine! Do what you can but establishing your expectations at the beginning month is ideal! Excited for your month!!!

Hi Casey, am I meant to be doing all the workouts listed every day or just picking one of them for each day? I don’t know if I can magnate four workouts in a row!!
The goal is all 4 workouts but start with what you can work your way from there!! You got this!!!
