The Blogilates March 2021 Workout Calendar!
Hey guys!
I hope you’re ready for an amazing month! We’re going to hit the ground running with the NEW #1000AbChallenge. AHHH!
After we tackle that, we’re going to use all of that new core strength to crush the rest of the month. I can’t wait for you to see the difference it makes in your other workouts when you strengthen your core! You’re gonna see improvements in your form, balance, and endurance.
Starting the month with a crazy tough challenge will exercise your mental strength too. And if you didn’t know, the mental part of a workout is HUGE. So basically what I’m saying is… get ready to push yourself. Major progress is happening this month!
Okay. Are you ready to see the March Workout Calendar?!?!? Yayyy let’s check it out!!
How to Use the March Workout Calendar
Check the Blogilates Youtube playlists to find all of the videos you need for this month’s calendar!!
OR you can download the BODY by Blogilates app, where you can snag the monthly calendar and all of the videos in one place 🙂

Cassey, you helped me to build a healthier lifestyle, love that <3 hoping to see the app on pc/computer/laptop next maybe? Love big screens
The day 31st killed me!!! But it was really good! I really love following the calendar it targets all the different part of the body!!! One request 🙂 could you do a video of how to do back roll? I don’t know if I have a wrong technique or simply not strong enough! I am becoming one of your active fans 🙂 following all the challenges and love the popflex active collection! Thanks for cheering up my days with your videos & colors!
Yay!!
Cassieee, first of all, you’re amazing! Secondly, could you pleaasee give us a monthly calendar that requires less time?? I would love to do this one but I don’t have that much time in my day.
You can opt to do as many videos as you can each day! Make it work for you! Woooooo!
Dear Cassey, first of all THANK YOU for all your content and workout plans. I follow your calendars religiously and I am so grateful for you! Sometimes it pained me to read some of your struggles, but I am so hyped to see you happier and stronger than ever. You always seem to be trying to be your own best self and that inspires me. Thanks for being so organic and uplifting. 🙂 Secondly, I wanted to ask you if we could do a back-targeted routine sometime soon? You have some older videos that target the back (and countless arm and upper body workouts), but your most recent videos are SUPERB (and often a tad harder than some older ones), and I thought it would be so amazing if you did something to strengthen our backs too. Maybe something like an EXTREME version, with some really good-feeling back stretches at the end? 🙂
Ooooooooh love a good back workout!
Dear Cassey, I absolutely adore you and love your workouts! I’ve been following you for years, and your program is the only one I never see giving up on! Thanks for that ♡
I was hoping if you could maybe do a new weightless back workout with us some time? You’ve done a few before, and they’re great, but it’d be nice to refresh it. I know we also target it in some arm ane upper body videos, but it would be nice to have a newer video that really targets the back more focused.
Thank you for all that you do. I appreciate you very much and I know there are so many people out there that do too!
Greeting from Austria ♡♡
Today, was a tough day emotionally for me because of guy troubles that made me feel not so good about myself and I ended up skipping boxing class. But, I just want to say that your cheerful disposition made me feel better and I knocked this workout out 💪 and I ended up feeling better especially about missing class tonight. Thank you Casey 💜❤️
How can I print out the March 2021 calendar?
You can right-click and download to print!
Hey, Cassey! First of all, thank you so much for this calendar! Literally a free workout routine??? You’re an angel! I’m so grateful not only for your workouts but also for really important mental health stuff you talk about! I feel myself getting stronger every day, especially my core during the 1000 abs challenge. I’m slowly losing weight which I’m very happy about but throughout this whole journey with you I started getting more concentrated on becoming stronger, fitter and pushing my body to its limits rather than just burning fat. I smile through the pain during your workouts and your positiviy really keeps me going! I read through some comments though and I do have to agree that the beginning of the week is a bit leg heavy – my legs don’t have enough time to rest and I don’t want to skip a day because I made a promise to myself. I still do the workouts but my legs just start killing me. Thighs, whole body, cardio, booty – that’s too much for my short and thick legs, girl. I love you, though.
Hi Cassie. I really like doing your calendars and I’ve been doing them for around two years, but I feel like lately you’ve been going well over the 45 minute workout time for some of your calendar days. March 17 is 56 minutes??? You might not count the talking you do at the beginning and end, but I do cause I need a rest in between videos… I’m guessing it’s because your newer videos are longer in general, ~20 min, but you could’ve easily cut one of the shorter videos from that day and solved the problem? It frustrates me when I don’t have time in the day to do the whole calendar and I end up cutting my least favorite video of yours for the day. I also feel like it’s pretty brutal to have the longer videos in the middle of a bunch of shorter ones? When the 20 minute video is #4 of 5, it makes me dread it more and want to stop early.
Sorry to complain so much, but I hate working out more than anything and your videos get me closest to feeling like working out is “fun”. I need workout guidance like yours, I can’t make my own workouts because I’m not motivated enough to do that, so it gets so frustrating when I can’t possibly fit your workout into my day. I also am in school and have a full time job…AND I try to stretch after a workout, which takes up even more time…Anyway, thanks for reading, and I hope you’ll maybe be able to keep an eye on the length of workouts from now on. Thank you
Hi Sarah! I happened to come across your post and thought I could give you some possible solutions to your problem for time management! Perhaps try breaking up the work out videos into 2 sessions for the longer days. Perhaps video 1-3 in the mornings and finish the videos after school or whenever you have free time at home. Or, if you don’t like the idea of splitting up the work out, you could also dedicate some of the time you relax and watch television with incorporating your stretching routine so it doesn’t add more time to the Blogilates workouts. Just a thought! 🙂
Hi Cassey! This is my first month following along with you! Me and my BFF are both working out with you and we realized we’ve been doing 2 different things so I thought I’d ask for clarification. For the PIIT workouts, do we repeat the workout 4 times and do the other videos or is the daily workout 1 run through of each video? Thanks again! Enjoying the process so far <3
Same Question!
Hi Danielle, you only do the video once if you are following the calendar and completing the other videos for that day. You only do it 4 times through if that is the only workout you are doing for the day. I hope this makes sense.
If you are following the calendar then you do the PIIT 1x through unless the video is only working on one side of your body then you do it twice and switch sides the second time through. If you are only doing the PIIT video then you do it 4x
Hey Cassey, I love the calendar however, I just want to note that it was a little easier to use when it had hyper links attached that took you straight to the videos.
I feel the same way
I agree!
If you go to her YouTube channel in the playlist section you can find all the videos for the day and they just play one after the other!
Oh! I had no idea that was an option. Thank you for the tip!
I used to be really into blogilates about 10 years ago in college. I fell off the fitness bandwagon for a few years and makes me really happy to come back to your site and see you’re still here, making calendars and videos!
WELCOME BACK!!
Hi Cassey! Where do you find the videos that correspond with the monthly calendars? I’m new around here and would love to jump in on this month’s set of workouts. Thank you in advance and have a wonderful day 🙂
Welcome! The best thing is to look them up in Youtube. If you are following the most current month and day, I have updated playlists on Youtube, too! https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists
They are on her youtube under playlists, the workouts for the day are all in the same playlist 🙂
Hi Cassey! I love your calendars. I’ve noticed though that the first half of the week is very leg heavy (total body, then butt, then cardio) and it ends up being a lot of squats and leg work which is great for my cardio but I feel like my legs are so sore without appropriate rest between days. I know you’re working the bigger muscles groups for that cardio effect but I figured I’d give my constructive criticism and maybe suggest some other cardio moves for Wednesdays outside of mostly legs 🙂 sometimes I sub in things like jumping jacks or butt kicks when my legs need a little rest. Thanks in advance for reading!
I would like to ask is the android app region locked? For some reason it says my card is expired (it’s not) when I try to subscribe and I’ve tried with different cards too. The cards work just fine paying for other things and the google payments work for other apps. I’ve even subscribed to some apps to test this.
Hmmmm not Android should work. If you email app@blogilates.com they can help!
Starting off my month great. Loving this routine!!! Looking forward to end up strong and happy.
Hi.. thanks for all the inspiring and effective vids. Have started my 44 to 44 (44 days of working out to my 44th bday) , will make sure that this workout calendar would be part of it. Thanks again.
I need beginner calendar and exercises. How do I get them?
Here you go! https://www.blogilates.com/begwocal18/
SUPER EXCITED AND PUMPED for this month’s challenge! I just joined in for the first time during the February month and I’m feeling super amazing and confident! I’ve been following your posts and pages for a while now and can’t wait for all these fun healthy habits your helping me to incorporate! 🙂
My mom and I just finished the February Workout Calender yesterday and really want to thank you! We spent the first hour or so of the morning getting up and moving before starting our days and we both are feeling better physically and mentally. I even used the printed out February calendar and made a little ‘victory’ card for my mom to congratulate her. Bring on March!
OMG you and your mom did it together?!!! That is so fun!!! Congrats!!!!!
Just finished the beginner calendar ! But i’m not sure i’m ready for the abs challenge just yet… What can i replace it with during those 10 first days of the march calendar?
You can repeat the first 10 days of the beginner’s calendar if you’d like!
Today is my last day of the 21 day challenge & I am feeling great!! I started this because I have Type 1 Diabetes & I needed some physical exercise to help control my sugar levels. 21 days in & I have never felt better! I am super motivated to try this challenge I just printed out the calendar as we speak. Pushing hard on my birth month! 🙂
Yay!!!!
I’m in… I’ve so enjoyed your videos and especially your calendar the past year. I’m 68 and have been doing Pilates for years. I just discovered you a few years ago. My doctors are amazed at how flexible I am… Pilates. I also try to keep my muscles toned. That’s why I first stared doing them. I have to be careful with my knees now and lower back.. You are a delight to follow.. so positive, which we need so much more of in this world. I sometimes feel like I’m listening to my daughter. I am a Gold Star Mother and especially this past year with all the isolation you’ve taken my mind of the sadness that often surrounds my day. Your parents should be very proud of you❤️
Sending love!!!!
I’m in !!
Hey Cassey!! First off, I’m trolling you to see if you’ll follow my school’s DECA (a business competition club that helps build leadership and entrepreneurship skills) Instagram page (I’m the manager of my school’s business social media, and I need more followers so I can reach people and get them interested in things that will help them after high school!). Its handle is @granddeca, and it would mean so much to me to have you follow it! (if anyone else is reading this and knows any high schoolers, get them to follow it too, and you should also!!) Second of all, I’m a sophomore in high school. Last year I did track and got a crush on the star of the team, a senior named Eli (he’s at college now, got a full ride for track) and we started talking but he was really just using me as a rebound from his off/on gf. I found out that he’d gotten back together with her without telling me and I was sooo hurt. I spent the whole summer trying to recover and that’s when I found you. Last summer was one of transformations for me. I became so much more self confident, assured, and proud of who I was. I went into sophomore year feeling strong, brave, and like I could face anything. I would say that’s 100% because of you. Your videos were/are a daily source of inspiration to do better and never stop growing. I’m going through another hard time currently but it always makes me feel better to know that you’ll always be here for me. Thanks so much for everything you do.
I am restarting my journey again in losing weight with you Cassey! You helped through a lot a few years back and I am starting March 1, 2021 with you! Please continue inspiring!
Amazing!!!! I am with you all the way!!!
I can’t believe I’m about to be *that* person, because you’re amazing and delightful and you help so many freaking people (myself included). I thought it was pertinent to point out (since it’s a calendar) St. Patrick’s Day is on the 17th 😬 but maybe we’re all going to need it a day early after that 1000abchallenge so I’m also not gonna argue.
You being “that” person is GOOD!!! Whew good catch! Fixing now!!!!
I am so motivated! I did the February workouts (24 out of 28 cause I got sick :() but I just love it and I love you! You make me want to try harder and go for it. I am working towards having not only my best body but also to find my best version and you are such an important part of it. You really inspire me. Thank you SO much!
Hi Cassey! I started using the monthly calendar recently but I was a bit confused. Sometimes the videos of the same day have repeated exercises, is that intended? I wasn’t sure if I should do all videos of the day or if I should just pick one or two. Was just wondering what you recommend 🙂 Thanks for making such amazing content!
The goal is to do the whole day but you can ease into it with one or two videos to start until it feels good! Yes, it’s okay that some days have similar movements throughout each video!
