Happy New Year! And hello, 2022.

I’ve been thinking about how we all celebrate the new year in different ways. Some of us ring it in from our couches, while others go to parties. Some of us can’t even stay awake until midnight ;). Some of us are really intentional about setting a New Year’s resolution, while some of us aren’t sold on the “resolution” tradition.

No matter how you decide to enter the new year, I hope it’s everything you hope for. And I hope you’re just as excited as I am for…

The January 2022 Workout Calendar!!!

It’s here, and it’s ready for you to conquer. Just a little heads up though – this month’s calendar isn’t quite like the others. It also includes the 2022 Glow Up Sessions! Basically, this is a 14-day challenge where we’ll get into the best shape of our lives, mentally and physically. Not a bad way to start a new year, right?

How To Follow The January Workout Calendar

From January 3 – 9, I’ll be doing one of the workouts from the calendar each day with you LIVE on IG. So make sure you’re following me @Blogilates to join in!

Otherwise, check the Blogilates Youtube playlists to find all of the videos you need for this month’s calendar!!

OR make life soo much easier and download the BODY by Blogilates app! Seriously, this is THE BEST. You’ll find all of the live workouts there after the first week of the Glow Up Sessions, and you will LOVE how you can access the monthly calendar and all of the videos in one place!

Now that you know where to find your workouts, here’s what you can expect each day of the January Workout Calendar. The goal? To make sure every muscle group gets the attention it deserves every week 😉

SUNDAY: Recovery
MONDAY: Total Body
TUESDAY: Abs
WEDNESDAY: Booty
THURSDAY: Total Body
FRIDAY: Arms
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs

Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Each day will be around 45 min of exercise.

    My new year resolution is to lose all extra fat which makes me insecure about my body, to be more positive, to start enjoying the process of everything I do, to start living in present instead of fretting about my future and to be more stronger, courageous, happy, satisfied and social.

    Please make more of your new Kettlebells for Target. The stores near me have all sold out. I would buy the 15lb pink kettlebell. I love your Cotton Candy Booty Bands. Please let me know when Target gets more of your kettlebells. Thank you.

    My new year resolutions for the health part are to lose the weight I can from COVID lockdown period and getting in shape (endurance wise and stronger heart) to pick up dancing and running races again.

    Not a fan of this new series. First I don’t have IG and I’m not going to get on it just for this. Second I will be at work when they are being done so even if I did have IG I still wouldn’t be able to do it. It would have been nice if you could have included workouts foe those that could not participate.

      The workouts are also available on youtube. Because of my timezone her live videos are at 10pm in my country so I just open it on youtube the next day. You dont need IG

    Last year, I followed your workouts and did the ten morning stretches everyday and drank 1/2 gallon of water and I felt GREAT then I had to take some time off and never got back into it. My new year’s resolution is to get back into routine and eating healthy! CAN’T WAIT!!!
