Here we are, in DECEMBER.
I love taking time to reflect at the end of the year. It seems like I’m always saying how crazy the year was, so much happened, and how fast time went. But this year. OMG. I feel like it was on another level. 2021 was full of so much change and growth, that I seriously forgot that some of it happened this year. How crazy is that?!
Anyways, that’s why reflecting is so important to me. It’s too easy to get caught up in the pace of life and forget all about how far you’ve come. On that note…

Pay attention during your workouts this month to how you’ve grown stronger. How your mindset has changed. Then, get ready to level up again in 2022.

Here’s what you can expect each day of the December Workout Calendar. The goal? To make sure every muscle group gets the attention it deserves every week 😉
SUNDAY: Abs & Obliques
MONDAY: Total Body
TUESDAY: Butt
WEDNESDAY: Cardio
THURSDAY: Upper Body
FRIDAY: Stretch & Recovery
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs
Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Each day will be around 45 min of exercise.

En décembre j’ai pris conscience qu’il me fallait un entrainement sympa, du moins au départ. Et il me fallait faire des choix parmi les entraineurs du net. Et après réflexion , j’ai fait le bon choix, j’ai choisi de vous suivre, entre autres. et je vous remercie pour faciliter cette nouvelle direction pour moi. 😉
out of 60 pounds to lose, I lost 35 pounds…now working on the rest of 25 pounds. Making numbers don’t matter but shaping my body does!

One of the things I am most proud of in 2021 is that I kept my habit (started on the 1st day of lockdown in London in March 2020) of beginning every day with your calendar workout. I don’t manage all the assigned calendar workouts each day – sometimes when I’m in a rush to get work and sort the house/kids out before I leave, I only do one or two of the videos. But I still get a huge sense of achievement, enjoyment and health from that. Thank you, Cassey, for inspiring me and energising me every day. xx

Thank you for the next months calendar! I would say that I am most proud of starting massage therapy school this year. I was torn about being a student again after recently graduating university a few years ago but 2 years will fly, I just know it! Plus, I am LOVING it!
