Can o use parchment paper instead of nonstick spray
Mine come out too fluffy. I use a beater. Is that the problem?
Does it make a difference if you use the special K red berries or do you need to use the original ?
is it possible to make it without cottage cheese or cheese at all?
I made mine without it because I forgot to buy it hahah. They turned out fine! They’re definitely spongey, like other people have mentioned so I’m going to play around with it today and see what happens if I don’t put baking powder. Maybe they’ll turn out like rocks haha
I substituted the cheese for smooth peanut butter and completely forgot to put in baking powder but they’re still yum!
I used berry special k so they have a sweetness and sprinkled cinnamon over.
You’re right though spongey, did you manage to amend the recipe to make note cake bar?

Heyy, instead of special k, can I use rice krispy cereal? I do not have time to go buy special k because I have to go to work, and I am making snacks from here, so that I wont starve to death. 11:30 to 5:30 with no food is not healthy, so I decided to make healthy food from here. I just don’t know if rice krispy cereal is healthy or not.
I made these and just spooned them out onto a baking sheet. Came out spongey. Doesn’t taste bad, I might even get my boyfriend to eat these.

Stevia to taste…does it matter whether I use liquid or powder for this recipe?
And for those who don’t have stevia, could white or brown sugar or agave be used as a substitute?
Can you make a food bites video on this please? 🙂
o: I just made mine. Mine had more of a spongy texture, but I’m going to try to make them again next week!
hey cassie when you mean only 78.8 cals do you mean for one or all four ?
One
I just made these but mine didn’t come out as in the picture.. the texture is more squishy and not crunchy or appetizing at all. What did I do wrong?!
