Hi guys!
Here is your new arm sculpting video! You asked for it and I delivered 🙂
My fave new move here is the triangle push-up! You’re in half cobra position and it is just KILLER for your triceps. Here is your 5 min arms routine:
1. Elbow Circles
2. Back Behinds
3. Triangle Pushups
4. Half Cobra Pushups
5. Up Up Down Downs
Do each move for 1 min each and DO NOT STOP in between! You will have the best 5 min arm workout of your life!

That was a really good, heart pumping 5 min workout! I got to do it quick at work and I can already tell it’s working. My arms are sore! Good video. and its nice to see you doing it with us and stuggling somewhat also instead of just showing us how to do it. Good motivation!
