    I finished the program but found my knees to be in incredible pain! I love this program and what it did for my body but I need a knee friendly version. Is there anyway to create that?

      Invest in really good workout/running shoes. I had the same problem but getting Asics with gel in their heels alleviated the pain. You can also swap the high impact moves with low impact ones

    Just completed the PIIT28 starter calendar two minutes ago. I’m still catching my breath and sweat dripping down my face an neck. I couldn’t wait to comment how much I love it!! I’ve been on a weightloss journey awhile ago, eating smart and lifting weights. I made a lot of progress but then plateaued. A friend recommended Blogilates and I chose to try PIIT28 starter calendar. I also do one-hour powerwalks everyday. I lost about 6lbs this month and was hoping I would have lost more. I felt better when I did my measurements and discovered I lost so many inches all over!!! My clothes are also too loose on me now and I look like I lost 10-15lbs vs only the 6lbs. And people who haven’t seen me since before the shelter-in-place, have been impressed with my progress…I can’t get enough of the compliments. Next calendar I’m going to tackle is the bridal bootcamp, even though I’m not getting married. I know it’s going to kick my butt!

    PS- I’m down 50lbs total now from the beginning of my weightloss journey. Thanks to Cassey for helping progress further!

    Hi! Just wondering, how full is this workout of jumps? Currently I should not do jumping and weightlifting workouts, I modify stuff to my best knowledge, but I’m afraid I would not see many results. I regularly workout, and I have no specific body goals, except for general toning.

    Hi Cassey, I appreciate the thought and effort you put into everything that you put out into the pop community, but one thing that REALLY bother me is that you can pay for the piit28 routines, you can put in the time, do all the work, but the only way to get the completion tank is to publicly post pictures of your body online. A lot of people are into the social media frenzy, but many are also wary, or simply choose not to partake in every or any platform online. And to ask people who are working to improve themselves, both physically and mentally to post pictures of their bodies for anyone who uses the platform is unfair. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you pursue other ways to earn the tank, whether it be as part of the piit28 package or as an Easter egg in the app or one of the workouts. Something I hope you consider going forward as I really do enjoy the content you put out and i’d like a way of getting the badge of honour that I can wear, that I have earned through many buckets of sweat 🙂

      I’ve found better weight loss results with Piit because it incorporates more cardio. You need to really watch what you eat, too, though!

    Hi,
    I am kinda new to working out in general and I was wondering if it would be better to start with the beginner calender and then move on to PIIT28? Or is it ok to start PIIT28 when I’m still so not used to working out? BTW I am very prone to lower back pain cause I have a very curved back. Do you have any workout recommendations for me cause many of the lying mat workouts are hard to do with my curved back since it wont stay flat on the ground when I do stuff like double or single leg lifts.

        I have been doing the regular workout with limited portion control. Haven’t gained but it’s been four weeks now I’m fluctuating between a kg. Thinking to begin this with 28 Day Reset. Hope it would help!!

    I have never been “happy” with the way I look. It was the world around me that made me feel that way. Teenage girls that wore size 0 jeans and T.V commercials showing models that were “perfect”. Anytime we went to the store I would always look at the size 0 jeans and wish that it was me. I was always upset at myself for not being able to lose what I wanted, so I started eating less and less. Now I have an eating-disorder issue. It’s not major like the ones you see in pictures online, and you can’t really tell that am anorexic. The thing is that my body now rejects food and anytime I do try to eat it, I always get this throw-up feeling and don’t eat. I started skipping breakfast and lunch regularly and only depended on the water bottle I had as a “hunger” source. Then I was on YouTube one day and saw the Blogilates channel. I was curious and decided to give it a try. That’s when my eyes were opened up from the “fake” world. I have a “perfect” body that was given to me from God. Yes, I maybe could shape-up a little more, but not to the point where I have to starve myself. Cassey…I want to thank you for opening my eyes and reminding me how perfect I am! You are my fitness savior. You are like no other fitness coach because you remind us that we should only be focused on being a better person than we were yesterday and only comparing ourselves to ourself, not the fake and photo-shopped world/people around us. And when you don’t feel happy in what you like, remember that at least one person in this world right now wishes they could be YOU! I still struggle with this disorder, but hope that with motivation, can get out of it and live HAPPY and HEALTHY. Go conquer the world girls!

    I’m on day 4 of this free workout, and is it normal that I don’t get to execute all the moves well? I’ve done the beginner calendar, and I thought I was already strong enough, but there are just moves that I can’t hold out T_T this phase is probably normal for beginners, but I can’t help feeling sad.

    What are the expected results at the end of the month? Will I get to execute them properly at the end of the month? Will I get stronger and have more stamina if I do this calendar for 2 months?

      Hey Cam, it takes time for your body to develop the strength/stamina for the more advanced moves. I’ve been doing POP PILATES for going on 3 years this year and I still struggle with doing double leg lifts. Don’t sacrifice proper form for the sake of trying to go lower or deeper, you’ll get injured that way. Just do the modifications of the moves you are struggling with and one day you’ll be able to do the more advanced version. Good luck in your fitness journey!💕
