Your November Workout Plan

Hey guys!

Are you ready to begin the season of gratefulness? November is usually all about sweaters, squashes, slowing down, family, and eating! Between it all, let’s remember to take care of ourselves too. Nourish your body with good exercise, great food, and time to chill out and stretch out.

This month, I have prepared a workout calendar for you as well as a stretch of the day calendar. Try your best to do both. Your body and your mind will THANK YOU.

First up, the November Workout Calendar!

  5. THURSDAY: Totally Toned

  7. SATURDAY: Thankful Thighs

If you’re new, here’s how it goes!

  1. Click on the hi res link to download the calendar and print it out for your wall!
  2. Head over to blogilates.com/calendar and click on the videos of the day. It’ll take you directly to the YouTube video!
  3. Do each video once (unless otherwise stated)
  4. Check off as you go!

Everyday for the next 28 days, I want you to do the stretch of the day. Hold for 1 minute each side. It’s not a long commitment, so just do it k? You’ll feel so much more open and bendy by the end of the month! If you want more, check me out on Instagram @Blogilates as I will be leading live stretch classes every single day!

  9. Compound moments or compound exercises tend to have more impact on the body no matter what your goal is and at the same time isolate moments are also important but i’m not a big fan of it

  10. The most important and highly asked question remains the percentage or workout and diet have in any fitness goal whether it is muscle building or weight loss

    I believe there’s a bug in the November online calendar? The headers are still october’s, there’re no workouts for 20th and 24th, and there are 10 workouts for the 21st! Please check, thank you!

    Cassey, November Calendar is really packed. It is an intensive month for us. Imagine the daily exercise plus the Stretch challenges. We will be straight by the end of November. My God!

    I am new here and just found the November workout calendar and need a bit of clarification. Do I do all the workouts listed for each day on the day? If so do I do them back to back or space them out?

    Hi, my version of the online November Calendar has a few days missing (20 and 24 November) and 21 has 10 workouts. Does anyone else get that??

      Hi Tina! It’s the same for me. Day 21 also is messed up and has 2 days worth of workouts. The printable calendar is fine though but I get that’s it’s a bit of a pain when we want to check things off on the online calendar :/

    I have you’re app and on the calendar page it doesn’t show any workouts? Is this because I joined the subscription at the end of last month so I won’t get them till that time this month?

    I’ve been using the app for only one week, so i don’t know if it’s normal or not, but we’re in vovember now, the new calendar is out and I still don’t have it in the app. Also, I can’t log in with facebook or twitter, it doesn’t work. Anyone has these problems too?

      I experience this too feel so waste paying for the crash app

      She doesn’t upload to the Blogilates app any more. It’s been out of the App Store for awhile and has been basically discontinued.. if you want her current calendar you’ll have to print it off the website or download it to ur desktop computer\ tablet background. The only app she has now is the PIIT POCKET app. Hope this helps!

        Well, it worked fine in october, and i downloaded from the play store last week. I paid 99c for the calendar (25 oct-25 nov) 🙁

          I am having the same issue. I have continued to use the Blogilates app since I am following that calendar instead of PIIT and have had no issues until this month. October worked fine, but now I have been charged for this month and have yet to have the calendar appear in the app. Not too sure what’s going on…

      It’s end of November 1st for me, and my app calendar has no workouts updated yet.
      Restore options in settings also got me nowhere 🙁
      Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
