Hey guys!!

Happy Monday! I just got home from teaching a super fun POP Pilates class this morning at Equinox. You know, every Sunday night I get really sad that I have to wake up early to teach but after I get to the gym and see my students, I never ever ever regret it. That’s what I love about being a group fitness instructor! I always come out feeling energized, excited, and best of all…HAPPY! We even talked about it today in class how much we enjoy seeing each other Monday mornings which most people dread.

I know I sure did when I had to hit traffic and then see unhappy coworkers who hated what they did for work.

So guys, take a moment to make your Monday mornings the best they can be. Wake up EXCITED for the day…for another opportunity to live…to make things happen…to make this world yours! If you don’t like what you’re doing, you know you have the power to change it right? Yes. You do. Don’t tell yourself that you can’t be happy because your parents, your boss, or the society tells you that you have to be a certain way. NOPE. You create your own change and you can live the life you want.

Anyway! No more sad kitty face!

As well as seeing some friends I haven’t seen in a while. I’m also getting deeper and deeper into the design process of BODYPOP. Look at my new friend!

After asking you guys what I should name her on Facebook and Instagram, I have decided to call her “Manny” for mannequin. I know. I know. It’s not Bertha Rae Johnson or Poppy like many of you suggested…nor is it very creative at all, but I naturally started calling her “Manny” when she got home. So that’s what it is!! Cool?

Manny is currently dressed in BODYPOP clothing that I cannot show you yet…but you will LOVE LOVE LOVE! More and more designs are being fit-and-durability-tested by me every day to ensure a fabulous experience. We just finished painting a custom watercolor print with a very special artist in Europe that will be featured on some snazzy pants and sports bras. OMG. I am dying everyday to show you. But I can’t. I just can’t until it’s perfect enough for you!!

    I can’t wait to see the BodyPop line! As a personal trainer/kettlebell instructor, I’m always looking for products that stand up to my active lifestyle!
    As for big things happening this week, I’m actually preparing for my RKC Level 2 certification which is this weekend! I start bright and early Friday morning, and will be learning/testing all through Sunday afternoon. Naturally, I’ve been using Pop Pilates to help generate more strength and muscle endurance on the days I’m not training with kettlebells!
    Thanks so much for doing what you do: you inspire me to keep pushing forward to be the best I can be!

    Hi Cassy!
    I love your workouts, i’ve been doing them for about a year now. And i have to say they pretty much saved my body and health last year when i quit soccer. Anyways I would like to thank you for always being so positive and happy, making new funny and inspiring videos! In january i started at a fitness center and i know i could thank you for a lot of my motivation! But I’ve been sick these last weeks and i’ve tried to go to the gym and workout, but i’m just getting sicker. It’s just a cold, but i don’t know how much i should push my self? Anyways I was wondering if you had any tips for workouts when your sick? (maybe you could make a video, with some easy exercises for lazy or days you feel sick?) And btw i just wanted to say that i looove your printables, they’re in so much help when i’m working out by my self at the gym! (maybe you could have them in your app, so it’s easier to find?)
    Anyways this got a bit too long, haha I hope you’ll have a great week. :*

    This week I’m trying to get my finances in order and stay on top of that. Also, this friday I will find out if I’ve gotten the job I’ve applied for. It’s much more responsibility, but it’s for a great team and I really want to put my best foot forward and let my positivity shine through at this new job. I really hope I get it! 🙂

    Just wanted to share that starting the day with pop pilates and your enthusiasm Cassey is really a great thing. I started exercising in the mornings just recently (previously it was always evenings), and my mood and productivity at work have increased a lot 🙂 Especially on Mondays 😉

    I cannot express how excited I am to see BODYPOP come out! I’m planning a little splurge for myself for when you finally release. I started following this crazy enthusiastic girl on YouTube three years ago, doing videos in secret and trying to figure out how to be healthier. Now I’m getting my degree in exercise science, running in 5+ races a year, smashing my PRs left and right, and feeling better about myself than I ever have. All thanks to you, Cassey! We love you!

    I’m new to Blogilates and just love your enthusiasm for healthy living.

    I’m also a group fitness instructor. I teach a class on Friday evening as well as on Saturday morning in San Francisco — prime weekend time. Friday is a time when most people are hitting happy hour after a long work-week, but I’m drinking water and practicing choreography to prepare for my class, as I walk through the streets of the City. It’s the same thing with waking up early on Saturday to teach, when most people are heading to brunch, I’m off to the gym. Yes, it’s an effort, and yes, sometimes I wish I was laying low, but I’ve NEVER regretted teaching a class. Once I arrive, I connect with my members and we share a great workout, so that every single class I know that my commitments are valuable. It’s a cool thing we do … helping people get in shape, but at the same time, doing ourselves some good.

    I think a good bright lime, almost neon color would be Finger Paints Mistful Thinking or Lime Crime Pastelchio.

    I’m in grad school for Biomedical Engineering and I’m working on getting some data ready for a couple presentations at a conference next month. I’m also taking classes, so I’m pretty busy with school. I’m pretty excited, it’ll be my first conference. But I’m kind of a homebody and don’t want to leave my husband and dog =(.

    The past couple of days have been hard for me because I got sick 🙁 My mind and body wants to continue it’s normal routine (including working out) but I have had to stop and rest in order to try and get well. :/ another downer is that today is my 24th Birthday and I am still sick at home. I hope to shake this cold soon so I can get back into my normal routine and try out the new video Cassey made! Looks fun!! 🙂 on a side note ..I’m soooo excited and can’t wait to see Cassey’s new line of clothing we have all been hearing about if for awhile! 🙂 hope everyone is having a great Monday it is more than half way over!     I totally agree about the Monday thing. Yes, I don’t like Sunday nights and don’t want to get up early, but is it really that bad? If you don’t like Mondays on principle, you despise 1/7th of your life just because it’s a certain day. I know that people are tired and like having free time, but Mondays are something to be happy about too.
    I know I’m always excited to see my friends. And I’m also excited to do the new video today!!
