If you want a thigh gap, then do this workout. If you don’t want one, then don’t do it. It’s all about preferences. Stop lashing each other out.
Will this help me? I meant, I’m training very much and I want to be sure it works. I’m not slim but also not fat and my legs are comming together when I’m standing… 🙁 I really want to get rid of it. please, help me:)
I was doing workout targeting inner thighs 2-3 times a week, but the major result I have reached by performing longs runs (40 minutes minimum) every day and diet. I hope it was helpful 🙂
I’m pretty sure you’ve said in multiple videos that you’re against the whole thigh gap phenomena. I really don’t understand why you’d call this video how to get an inner thigh gap. Seriously disappointing.
Cassey has pointed out ages ago in interviews and the like that when she made this printable she wasn’t aware of the negative effects. She said herself she thought it was the same as saying “how to get six pack abs” and truly wasn’t aware of the damaging and unattainable effects it could have. Don’t be disappointed since the printable is super old 😉

this really helped me. I have really muscly legs from genetics and i do a lot of sports. these moves helped get rid of that little fat area.
