Easy, Quick & Healthy Breakfast Ideas!
Hey guys!
It’s time for another #CHEAPCLEANEATS! I am on a roll! You said you love the cooking vids so I am doing my best to do even more 🙂 Also guys, you will notice in the video that I have a new kitchen. YAY!! Click play if you wanna see the space and also some REALLY CUTE, fun, and healthy breakfast recipes!
Woohoo – we have more room to dance!! And also cook of course. Haha.
Most of the ingredients I got from THRIVE Market, which is basically like Costco and Whole Foods combined. I saved like 25-50% on my food! That’s amazing because normally brands like Justin’s Peanut Butter and Bob’s Red Mill can get costly.
So how does it work? You pay a yearly membership to shop their food ($59.95/year) for nearly wholesale prices. PLUS they ship super fast. I got SO EXCITED about the whole concept of making healthy ingredients accessible and affordable for everyone that I asked THRIVE to give one of you guys a $1000 shopping spree to go NUTS on their site! They were ecstatic about you guys and your passion for healthy living…so they were like YESSSSS!
To enter the contest, just click here and sign up with your email for a free 1 month membership to try their store. That’s it – that’s your entry. I will announce a random winner on Sept 17. The contest is US only.

I was super hungry and since I tried the 8 week hot body plan for only a week and a half and saw results in my hair and my skin and my body, I knew exactly where to go when it comes down to food! I guarantee it will be healthy and yummy!
I’m choosing to make the pancake kabobs!
Hi! I’m from the Philippines 🙂 and I used to be a volleyball player.. I stopped playing volleyball so my thighs boomed! it’s so big and there’s a lot of cellulites 🙁 what can I do to burn the cellulites and make my thighs slim? thank you so much!
I LOVE these ideas! You’re the best, Blogilates! I’m not sure if one kabob is enough though–maybe two?
I tried making the pancake kabob and they seem very heavy and not lite and fluffy like hers looked in the video, I am very disappointed because I feel like I just wasted food that I could have used for something else. Did I do something wrong and did anyone else have this problem?
These are adorable! I’ll be making those banana pops tomorrow morning!

I think I shall start doing blogilates again since two weeks ago my gym changed completly. I now feel so exposed there. The new ab “room” is very small (maybe five mats directly next to each other can be placed there) and around you are all people watching. I can’t really do blogilates-ab-moves there anymore because the guys keep staring at me and I don’t feel comfortable. My father today told me that some of my yoga moves or stretching are a inadequate in this place. So no ab workout or stretching there. Great. Next part I feel terrible is the new dumbbell spot. It is now exposed as well and you can see the whole room in the mirror plus several manly people just starring at your ass while you do your bizep moves. I am not a girl that has 100% self-esteem so I feel watched, embarressed and simply uncomfortable.
I don’t have much space at home either, but at least I won’t feel like people take off my clothes with their eyes.
Love all the recipes! Where can I get the paleonola?
I love it! So delicious! Kisses from Braaazil <3
Woah these look awesome! However i am now very hungry before bed! Not so good 😉

I tried the pancakes but couldn’t get the batter quite right, I wasn’t able to flip them as they were too runny. Anyone help?? So sad cause they would be so delicious!!!!
I made the pancakes also but mine were to heavy and they didn’t taste that good. Maybe it’s the coconut flour I’m not sure but I was not happy with the way they turned out.
Sounds good cannot wait to try it
