Thank you so much for sharing this! I recently cut out refined sugar and dairy from my diet to help clear my skin from acne, and it’s made the greatest difference. Looking forward to making these very soon 🙂

    1. Angie says:

Did that really work on clearing your acne? The milk and refined sugar?
I rarely drink milk, eat ice cream, cheese or yogurt so milk is rarely in my diet and when I heard it helps clear acne, I thought it was silly because I barely have dairy products and I still have pimples.
So… refined sugar is a part of it? I thought greasy food caused some pimples too…
Sorry, I kind of rambled on. I am curious though as to how it has affected you 🙂

  2. Brittany says:

Definitely both of them! Thanks for these quick and healthy recipes!

I love cheap clean eats! But I’ve got some problems with the recipies….I really want to make the PB & J Fro-Yo sundae, but I don’t have bananas and protein powder, if I switch the banana for another frozen fruit and just don’t use any protein powder, won’t I get the samme texture?

Frozen mango is absolutely fab! No other ingredients needed, just blend/mix it and you’ve got ice cream 😀

    Hello Cassey!!
I know that you already made a video talking about this, but can you do a new video with more details about the Pre and Post Workout meals? I always have the same problem, everyday. I’m getting stressed out. For example: is my cheat meal day. I ate pizza.. So according to your information, it takes 3 hours to digest, so after 3 hours, can I do my workout? How long should I wait after eating a big meal to do my workout. And a small one, like a snack? Should I wait 2/3 hours too? Please can you give more examples of snacks pre and post wo? Is that story about the chocolate milk being a good after wo snack true? If you don’t feel like doing a video please answer me… I really need your help. Please… 🙁

After my dinner, I wait like 0.5-1 hour and I start working out. She did mention that every body is different and I never feel sick afterwards. Just try our different times and snacks and see how you feel. That’s the best way to know because everyone is different and no one is going to know your body better than you.
      Good luck 🙂

  5. This looks sooo good I almost CRIED when I saw the picture!! I cannot wait to give this a try. Similar to the recipes you’ve done with Quest nutrition, I really believe a big part of enjoying healthy food is the presentation! I would probably top mine with my all time fave, Walden Farms Calorie Free Caramel Syrup. To die!! Sucralose and all 😛
