Mark your calendars for October 1st. | 35 of 90

The most coveted item of the year is going to be released on October 1st. The Blogilates 2020 Fit Planner. And guys, I’m telling you, this is THE BEST – THE GREATEST – THE MOST BEAUTIFUL  planner we have EVER designed and that you will EVER see ANYWHERE.

I read every comment and every review (the good, the bad, and the ugly) and our team took action. (You can even watch this IGTV video we made responding to your comments!) We kept what you loved and we improved what you didn’t! One reoccurring piece of feedback was for us to find a way to prevent the bent cover edges caused by the shipping process. So guess what? This year…the planner has it’s own matching box! I’m a sucker for pretty boxes – I just can’t throw them away! So don’t throw yours away either. Once you open this box, you’re gonna feel like a million bucks. Trust me. There’s something special waiting for you in there.

So, mark your calendars for October 1st, 2019. This is THE product of the year. You will not want to miss out. It will launch promptly at 10AM PST on popflexactive.com.

Yesterday’s recap:

Before I went for my morning jog, I had some MCT Oil with BHB exogenous ketones! I’m not sure if I am getting the extra boost of energy the BHB’s promise. I wonder if it is because I’m not taking a full dose due to the fact that it is so sweet? Anyway, I didn’t feel as light and fast as the last time, but the run wasn’t bad! I finished my audiobook. Now I gotta find a new one. Any suggestions? I love historical drama – if there are royals in it or if it’s based on a true story…EVEN BETTER.

For lunch, Sam and I ordered Chipotle! This is the chicken salad with fajita veggies, lettuce, pico de gallo, and a huge dollop of guacamole! I omitted all the cheese and sour cream this time. I didn’t feel like I needed it, and the salad was splendid!

As an afternoon “snack” or mini meal rather, I peeled 2 hard boiled eggs and ate it with 2 slices of bacon and a side of butter lettuce. Also…I AM THE WORST at peeling eggs. I mean, look at that mutilated egg. Does anyone have suggestions? I tried watching a YouTube video, but still struggling over here!

For dinner, I brought out my egg thins and made 4 tacos! I put my shredded chicken with avocado and tomatoes as the filling. It tasted more like a “lunch” style meal, but still, it was amazing! I added sriracha on top.

As a “sorta side”, I had rosemary mushrooms with a little bit of koobideh and sriracha. SO GOOD. I love mushrooms so much. They are one of my most favorite foods!

Last night was rough with blogging. I got home late and still had not written anything yet. I ended up taking a “nap” around 10:30PM and then waking up at 1:30AM to finish my blog post. Wouldn’t recommend this but I ate my keto ice cream to help keep me awake. Lol. At least the blog post went up. I made the post public without anyone copy-editing it, and then when Sam checked it in the morning he was like…”ummm there were a lot of spelling errors.” Oh jeez. My brain does not function at that hour! Oh well, at least I have not missed a single day of blogging!!! And I am proud of that!

Who’s excited for the 2020 Fit Planner!??? Should I do an unboxing!!???

Add a little tablespoons or 2 of vinegar into your water I add salt too. The eggs with peel like a dream. 🤗👉🥚

  2. Renee Hood says:

Hard boiled egg advice- make sure the water is boiling and then gently lower the eggs in with a spoon. The instantaneous cooking process will mean the shells peel off way easier!

I like the salad you had for lunch but what truly gets me is all that guac’ – yum! The mushroom meal sound pretty simple yet great. I can’t help with historical dramas but I’d like to suggest an audiobook anyway. It’s called “We Have Always Lived in the Castle” by Shirley Jackson. I started listening to it (on YouTube but pretty sure it’s on Audible too) and so far, I’m really enjoying it!

I never bought any of your Fit Planners, just an “everyday” Planner of yours. Well now I cannot wait for it to be released!!! I am so excited and I love how big it actually is. I must say I really hate it when there is no space to write or at least not enough since my handwriting is pretty big. Also, a matching PRETTY box?!? <3 There is absolutely no way I can refuse! Thank you for actually reading & understanding us and improving your items. I always strongly appreciate it when sellers actually care for their customers 🙂

I didn’t write in my journal for 4 days! Omg…and you wake up at 1 a.m. for us! 😞💖🙏

  6. fitgirl73 says:

Yes, unboxing for sure! So excited about this!

  7. Mandy says:

For the eggs, try diving them in cold water when they’ve finished cooking! 🙂

  8. Alzbeta says:

    Please please, unboxing!!!! 🙂
I put tge eggs in a container, shake it for like 20 seconds as mad and then they just slip from the cover. BUT you need to cool them in cold water with ice for about 2-3 min right after you take them from the boiling water. Otherwise it does not work 🙁

Hello! I used to have the same problem with hard-boiled eggs, but discovered this trick that works every time. After the eggs are done boiling, immediately place them in a bowl of hot water for 3 minutes. Then the shell will come right off whenever you decide to peel them!

Well done for managing to do the blog a day, I would have been tempted to just go back to sleep 😂 when I do boiled eggs, I gently tap the egg all over the do lots of small cracks, then I peel a small amount up and run a teaspoon under the shell between the egg and the shell and the nothing sticks to the inside of the shell and it just comes off 🙂 love me a boiled egg

  11. Anna says:

I think that Robert Harris writes great historical thrillers (I’ve read ‘Pompeii’ and I LOVED IT

  12. Sara says:

For the eggs, immediately put them in ice water after cooking. Once cooled a bit, tap all around the middle of the egg with a knife, and it should be easy to peel. This works most of the time for me but not always. Note that I use my Instant Pot to cook the eggs. I can’t wait to see the planner, I’ve been looking for one I can use for work and track fitness!

  13. Paige says:

Omg you got my exact Chipotle order!! That’s what I get every time haha. Been loving these posts! xx

      I love it so much!!

  14. robinli88 says:

The key to peeling eggs easily is to use older eggs. After they’ve sat around in your fridge for 1-2+ weeks, they become much easier to peel when boiled! I have no idea why, but it works really well.

Speaking from the experience of boiling and peeling 15+ eggs a week for several months now!

    1. blogilates says:

WHOA!!! That is a lot of eggs!!!

  15. ashleyy412 says:

An unboxing would be super exciting:).

  16. Colleen says:

Have you heard the podcast My Favorite Murder?? Such a good one! All about true crime and the hosts are hilarious.

  17. wernertg says:

Hi, Cassey! I usually let my boiled eggs sit in ice water for 1-2 minutes before I try to peel the shells off. Hope this is helpful!

    1. blogilates says:

Oh wow, the ice water seems like a great idea!

  18. Amy says:

I just finished “The Lost Girls of Paris” by Pam Jenoff and I highly recommend it!

  19. Andi says:

Would you consider making an interactive PDF version of the Fit Planner? I like the setup a lot, but I’m trying to reduce paper consumption so I track all my workout logs digitally right now.

    1. blogilates says:

What does your digital fit planner look like? How do you fill it in?

  20. Amber says:

Boiled egg tip: drop your boiled eggs in a bowl of ice water after they’re finished cooking and it loosens the shell. Bonus points for stopping the cooking process, I looovvveee a good soft boiled egg. I’ve also done it by just running cold water over them afterwards when I didn’t have ice and it works but not quite as foolproof.

    1. blogilates says:

      Thanks for the tip!

  21. LisaZ19 says:

Tip for peeling hard boiled eggs: after boiling the eggs, drain off the hot water. Then move the pan around so that the egg shells crack. Make sure each egg ‘s shell is broken, but still on the egg. The put cold water in the pan and let the eggs rest for 2-5 minutes. then peel. The egg shells should come off easily without taking any of the egg white.

  22. L says:

Try “shocking” the eggs under cold running water for about a minute! That’s how we do it here in Holland.

  23. Anna Pokorska says:

Hi Cassey, to make boiled eggs easy to peel you need to add salt to the water when cooking. It won’t make the eggs salty but it will allow the shell to come off easily 🙂

  24. Ania says:

I never had any of Fit Planners, despite the fact I really wanted, but price for me was too high (I have to multiply price in $ by 4, so it is not a good deal for me). I only have your first 12 weeks Fit Journal and love it for its colors, graphics etc. But this year I saved the money special for this occasion and I hope I will have my Fit Planner for the first time, so it is even more exciting! 😃 Christmas present will be earlier this year 😁

  25. lpcoolgirl says:

Some authors that have historical romance with tons of “accidents” so not sure if that’s the drama you’re looking for, are Sophie Jordan like The Good Debutante’s Guide to Ruin, Lynsay Sands like An English Bride in Scotland, and Sherrilyn Kenyon had a series under Kinley MacGregor like Master of Desire. All starts of series, so if any of these are to your liking, then there’s more 🙂

  26. Chrissie says:

I LOVE planners and a really good fit planner will be right up my alley. Can’t wait to check it out. Also, I haven’t been a blog reader of yours but you started a 90 day journey at the same time I did and I somehow stumbled across it! Now I can’t wait to see how your day was every evening! Going to try some of your videos next 😊

  27. Linda says:

Hi! I used to have the same problem with hard-boiled eggs, but discovered this trick that works every time. After the eggs are done boiling, immediately place them in a bowl of hot water for 2 minutes. Then the shell will come right off whenever you decide to peel them!

  28. Can’t wait to see the planner! You will snap photos of what each page looks like right? I like knowing how the templates are made. I currently use my erin condren one for 2019 and I’m looking for one next year.

  29. Kaitlin says:

For the eggs: use a spoon! Put the spoon edge (so it’s cradling the egg like it’s hugging it) under the shell then move it around and the shell will fall off in large pieces 🙂

Also starting with the eggs in the water pre boil is supposed to help w peeling once cooked and use older less fresh eggs!

I wish I liked boiled eggs more! I’m trying to eat more protein… I don’t even get 20% ratio of protein in my diet and I’m hungry a lot of the time. I just really don’t care for cooking meat myself. Maybe I should just get frozen pre cooked meat..

I look forward to your daily posts!! I am trying to lose weight and build muscle. I have to remind myself to look at my body and wear REAL shorts or pants! No drawstring! Can’t tell when you’re getting big with no indicator lol

  30. H. Banana says:

Is it weird that I know I’m going to buy one but am excited to see an unboxing anyway? I just need a little early Christmas this year! I’m so ready to get focused on 2020, for so many reasons.

  31. Tess says:

I love your fit planners so much! This will be the year I get one! I love the box too! 🙂
