May is Mental Health Awareness Month, so I wanted to challenge ourselves to do one thing every day that makes us feel happy, proud, motivated…or all of the above.
I know each day looks different for everyone. Cue the Bingo card! This gives you a little flexibility to take what you need. I can’t wait to do this with you!

I think this is great! Springtime is here!! My students are feeling sluggish ( almost the end of the year). I just had a karaoke session before classes started because I was happy. So I would love more ideas to spread the happiness around!!

This sounds perfect for me this month! I am sooo in!!
I’m in for May’s challenge. Hopefully, an about-to-turn 70 grandma with a severe back injury will be able to do many of these. (The 200 ab challenge, which was the first one that I did, sometimes took four or five sessions a day to complete.)
So, so, so excited for the May challenge!!! My mental health has been spiraling for months. Or years, to be more accurate. Taking care of myself, working out and showing love to myself has been pretty.. hard so this one is truly needed and I AM IN
