How’s your #OMGOctober? It’s surely been OMG huh? You’re on week 2 of the calendar – almost over – STAY STRONG!!!!
You must try this routine! It is ridic because I wanted to create something that would tone and sculpt your whole body while slimming you down – which is what I am trying to do for my bikini comp. This workout will help you melt fat. And you will love it. Grab a pair of weights and hit it. HIIT IT HARD!!!!!! And don’t say mean things to me at the end. But you probably will.

CLOTHES: X-cross long top is from Linofitness, $62, and Selita capris are from Body Language Sportswear, $74. Love the wide band and colorful splashes! They are my fave pants ever in terms of fit, feel, and design. And I’ve never owned a top with an X in the front. I feel like it balanced my body shape or at least upper body out very well! I like it a lot! Do you? Plus I like the yellow!

I love this workout video! It’s really tough but sooo great! Can you add it to the HIIT section? I keep having to look through all the posts for this one so if you could add it there that would be great! (and then I would also remember to do this vid more often 😉 THANKS!
Thank you so much Cassie…. You really push my three it when I want to stop and give up you kick in just in time… I used to be 250lbs and my current weight is 157lbs I want to be at 130lbs and toned… So thank you for that little bit of extra push I need… I love all your workouts and you are suck a happy woman and so positive… Thank you again so much.

I cant believe I survived that!! .I’m so dead right now but it was soo worth it.
I want to enter this into my fitness journal, but since its a lot more advanced than regular Pilates routines I have to figure out how many calories I burned. How many mets would this workout be??? Help me Cassey !

I’m doing that video on Monday (I have to do Monday’s videos on Thursdays and Thursday’s videos on Monday’s), and I’m really not looking forward to those one-legged burpees! lol

same here, i always do the new vids on Tue (livestrong) and Fri (blogilates).
at least that gives us something to look forward to on Mon and Thu night right? to me this almost feels like when i was a child and went to bed the night before my birthday knowing that all those lovely presents will be waiting for me in the morning, yay! except that the present here is usually a sweaty exhausting one haha 😉

I don’t know if you were ever consider this, but I come from a running/triathlete/bodyrock workout background and just a couple of weeks ago I joined a crossfit gym. HOLY cow let me just tell you – amazing workouts!!!
I have been focusing on gaining muscle that I have lost through doing endurance running and races, and already I can see myself getting stronger and pushing myself like never before. I’m serious when I say that you will see results because it is so much fun to work out at crossfit gyms and you use HEAVY weight – no sissy workouts hahah!
