Hey guys!!
Hope you’re having a wonderful weekend. I just filmed your new Flat Stomach Fat Melter video yesterday and got it up in time for your Monday workout on the #AprilAbs Calendar! Woohoo! This one is INTENSE. It’s a combination of sweat-worthy HIIT moves and some of my best and newest Pilates abs exercises:
1. Squat Claps
2. Lengthened Ab Holds
3. Single Legged Burpees (yup, I just said that)
4. Inching Caterpillar
5. Plank
6. Jumping Reptile
7. Ballerina Leg Outs

Also, this video was LONG OVERDUE but it was a post natal workout I filmed with Colette Butler of the Shaytards family! It was so fun exercising with her and baby Brotard! Watch this video for a good laugh even if you don’t have a 14lb baby to use as a weight 🙂
It’s important to be active before your pregnancy, during, and to get back into exercise once you feel ready to after you’ve delivered. Like Colette said in the video, when she was instructing fitness classes during her pregnancy, she bounced back wayyyy faster than when she did not. Her body was much more resilient. It obviously doesn’t have to be anything crazy intense – you just gotta keep the momentum going.
Oh! And watch til the end. Somebody gets jealous and it’s good.

Lately I haven’t been able to view these videos. Is there a problem with youtube? I get a green screen that wiggles so I had no idea what some of the exercises were.

I am a 23 year old mom of two boys. Time is pretty pressed to get in a good workout with a preschooler and a toddler. Is there a workout you can suggest or do that they can do with me? My toddler is a walker and doesn’t enjoy it when mommy is working out lol and I need something he can somewhat do too! My 5 year old LOVES your workouts, but some days they’re just long workouts and I’m hardly up past their bedtime, so working out after bed is hard. I have tried early morning workouts, but they just wake up lol. Our walls are pretty thin!! Help please!!!!!! 🙂
Hey Cassey, I’ve been visiting your Youtube channel on and off for 1y and a half now, and it occured to me that you’re one of the few trainers to actually OFFER your workouts, and I wanted to thank you for that.
I think nowadays, “poor” people are the ones who eat the more junk food – by choice or not – because it’s cheaper, so I appreciate that you stay true to what you say about wanting people to realise how much good stuff working out can bring in your life, and offering possibilities to try your workouts before buying the DVD.
(I’m not saying everyhting should be free, I get that fitness trainers have to earn a living, but maybe 100$ a DVD isn’t necessary…)

Oh please please do more post baby workouts!!!! I love your workouts and your videos and I just wish there were a few specific for moms working out post baby or people with diastasis recti. For the whole body!! Let’s get rid of those “mom wings” and “pudgy tummies” and “thunder thighs”!!! All taking in consideration what the mom’s body just went through over the pas year. The other videos online just aren’t as fun your videos! 😉 They could really use a bit of “Cassey Personality”, if you know what I mean… lol

hello, i am really into getting a tone body. Im 16 and weigh around 145. I play on a high performance sports team and understand that 50% of it is muscle. Though i really would like to get a flat(er) stomach and thin my muscular legs? Any ideas how to help? or any routines to follow?

You should because it’s better for your body and muscles to stretch before and after to have the optimal performance. It really helps you perform the moves better! It doesn’t have to be long!

Hey i know im not Cassey, but i wanna give you some advice. If you really want to be fit this, you need to disipline yourself. You really need to want it-if you really badly want it you should just need to get up and do it. Laziness is a choice, and if you want this you need to choose no to be lazy. Hope this helps.
P.s. I have these “lazy” days alot so I hope you dont feel like Im judging you. I am only speaking from experience. have an awesome day!! 😀

Dear Cassey, I’m really in love with my.blogilates.com and I love having the calendar there, but please please I’d love to comment (and read the comments other popsters write) below the daily playlist! That’s what I liked the most about the old playlists… this way I feel “alone” in my journey despite being part of the social network. So yeah, thanks again for everything you do (I’m finishing a regular calendar for the first time and it’s amazing seeing how stronger I get week by week), and please add a comment section below the daily playlists! I agree! I love my.blogilates.com but do agree that I miss the comments section underneath the daily playlists. Sometimes when I don’t feel like working out or if a particular workout seems really challenging that day, the comments often motivate me to keep going. I also like to see if other people had the same difficulties that I did with certain moves.

Thank you Cassey for this workout for mums. You have helped me alot during my 6 month post natal. I´ve lost 16kg in 6 months (my youngest is just 6 months) and i have to thank you for the work you do. Due to the videos from your webbsite, i´ve got a good posture, which help me when i carry my Children, and all my work at home. I have a nicer body than i every had before my pregnancies. So i want to thank you. I hope you read this.

Yay I loved the Fat Melter workout! I really loved the Flat Belly Fat Burner so this was quite a similar format which works for me! (even though they are crazy challenging!)
