Broccoli, Mushroom, Spinach, and carrots would they more or less Calories uncooked or just the same ?
Cucumbers are literally my favorite food and it is on the top lol
Where would iceberg lettuce go on this? 🙂
for 1 cup -8 calories, 0.08g fats, 1.63g carbs, 0.05g protein
Didn’t think sweet potato would be at the bottom of this list.. So it’s better to skip the sweet potato? It’s one of my favorites since I started my healthy eating lifestyle
I don’t see why you would skip sweet potatoes? They are a good source for carbs and they’ll give you a lot of energy 🙂 Don’t be scared by the calories – they’re good for you!
Don’t be scared to eat sweet potatos… They have an abundance of nutrients in them that aren’t present in other starches. Regular potatos, especially without the skins, don’t come close to the amount of vitamins. They may be lower in calories, but they aren’t as healthy as a sweet potato. Just be mindful of how much you are eating them.
