No password?

Yea. No password. I’m trying something new this month 🙂

Also new is the fact that we all will be doing the same video as one another daily! I felt like this would help give you some direction PLUS it’d be cool to have some commonality among our workouts. So your challenge this month is to do what the calendar says, capeesh!!???

Have fun. Print. Hang on your wall. Fill out the lines with the vids you do. And share with your friends.

    I have just found YOU and your sites . I I’m trying to lose weight but I stop everytime when I will eat something sweet and start again every Sunday on Monday .. Help … I thought that if I won’t eat much I will lose weight but i have haerd that I will only hurt myself because of not giving my body vitamins and stuff like that .. Do you have andy Diet plan or someting .. I know that I schould workout and eat regullary .. but i need a plan .I will start going on fitness activities , volleyball and basketball after my school lessons but I have to know what to eat and how big should be my meals . I’m scared that I won’t loss weight ever :.(

    HELP! i have the same problem, I am only 5’4 and have a small frame but i have a round face, which means a double chin! How can i get rid of it? any tips?

      I’m right in pain because of before yesterday exercices! OMG!

    Hey Im new to this and im 15 turning 16 soon! ive lost over 70 pounds in the last year so now im just looking for something to tone my body! if i follow this august calender will it help me for toning? and each day you have to do 45 mins of targeted muscle + the video? ot the video for 45 mins? im confused, help pleaseee?

    Just found your site and spent today exploring it. luv the inner thigh workouts I looked at ur cardio work outs but I cannot do them because of the jumping I have a bad back would like to know if you could do some Zumba type workouts that are not so hard on the back.

      hi there! not cassey, but ive been on a weightloss journey for a year now and lost over 70 pounds! I can say that when your lose body fat no matter where the parts, it will also be reduced in your face. I did some double chin exercises and it works! so what you can do is, tilt your head back so that your chin is in the air. Then kiss the air but make sure when you do so you stretch your lips outwards! do 25-30 reps! you will definetly feel it:)

    So before I start the assigned video and continue to do other videos with the same body area for 45 minutes straight, what cardio and how much cardio do I do beforehand? Should I do like 30 minutes of cardio prior to watching the videos? Or do you have a recommended video for the cardio?

    Although I am starting a week late this looks great, I am starting tomorrow. Just wondering, are these work outs meant to be done more than once each day? Or just do 45 minutes of different exercises targeting the muscle group? For example I am starting tomorrow which suggests the “crazy 6pack workout” which is only short (7 minutes) so would that mean I should do it 6 times? Thankyou!!!

      no, you do the suggested video workout and the rest of the 45 minutes are other videos of the targeted area 🙂

    Just finished day two and it was a KILLER! My deep rotators on my left hip have a disavantage due to my L hip being more rotated then my right. It’s so frustrating but I’m hoping the butt and leg days help with this 🙂 I’m a dancer so this is great for my cross-training. I’ve had to take some time off from dance to work but I start back at it tomorrow…between that and following your workout schedule I’ll be back in tip top shape in no time! Thanks for being so motivating 🙂

    oh my god I love that there is a video for each day .. I actually did the first video ( Bikini Blaster 4 ) for the arms and I feel awesome 😀 , can’t wait to do the next workout , I feel super motivated for this

    I’ve been printing it as well as saving it as my desktop background every month.
    This is the BEST CALENDAR YET! I like to repeat the vids, I’ll repeat so the suggested work out 2 or 3 or 4 times and add a challenge vid (LOVE challenges!) I do 30-60 mins of running or elliptical 4-5x a week so that’s my cardio.
    So excited to start this evening. Cassey, you are AMAZING!

    I love your workouts and enjoy doing them, but I can’t do all of them for this next week. I had a terrible accident and had to have stitches on my shin and wrist. I am still trying to work out and do as much of your regular workouts as possible. My question is what can I do for an arm workout without hurting my wrist?

    I’m new to your workouts and the August calendar will be my first calendar challenge with you! I’m probably making the directions harder than they need to be, but could you possibly explain in more detail how I’m supposed to break up the 45 min of targeted muscles each day? Do I complete the suggested video and then find four other videos of yours that target the same area? Thanks for your help in explaining — I really want to make sure I set myself up for success!

    I actually follow Blogilates for a long time now, but I’ve never tried any of your workouts, I don’t know why, but this month I’m trying to stick to this awesome plan and I hope, that it will help me, to tone my body a little bit, although it will be to late to present it at the beach this year. In october I’ll start my studys at university and by now there are two months left to get the perfect body for this new part of my life. Thanks for sharing all your fitness and exercise tips with us, it’s so helpful and I’m really grateful for that possibility, that you offer. Maybe I’ll send you in October a picture of the progress I’ve made, I hope I will make it!

    Great workouts and awesome schedule (I know I’ll be sticking to it!), but I just wanted to let you know that I think there’s a typo… Under Tuesday the 7th, it says the 17th… At least, that’s what I see.

    Amazing job, though. Thank you so much for these workouts – I’m really hoping they’ll help me tone up and hopefully lose some inches before school starts back up again for me.

    I’m new here and I want to join here with you guys 🙂 Also I want to ask one question. I decide work with your workout calendor but I don’t understand do I have to choose 4 vids to each day? cause till now I was done for example – 1 video for abs, one video for legs and one video for obliques. And now i understand that it was not good 😀 right? cause I must to do one day just abs, the second day legs and so on… :))))
    and the other guestion is do I have work it (all videos) at the same time? I mean I have to do the first video, then the second video, the third… or i have to do first video, rest… after some time second video and rest again…?

      I don’t understand the 45 minutes of targeted muscle.. is it the video that is on the calendar? we just do it like 3-4 times plus a pop video? let me know, anyone! 🙂

        You could do the video she has listed until you’ve done 45 minutes (for example, if you do awesomesauce arms, it’s a 20 min vid so you should do it 2x, versus the tricep toner which is a 13 min vid so you should do it 3-4x).

        OR

        You can do the listed video she has on there once to start your workout, and then do any other videos on that area of the body until your 45 minutes are up. For example, today I did the booty thong workout that’s on the calendar, which was 23 minutes. Then I did the super butt workout (11 min) and the insane 8 minute butt workout. Total: 42 minutes!

      Eg – monday is abs, you do 45min of ab workouts. Cassey recommended one to get you started, and then you can pick some others from her site to get to the 45-60min of ab work.

    Since you are across the pond… A suggestion for a FUN and MOTIVATING music track is Calvin Harris ft. Ne-yo “Let’s Go”. Anytime I hear the lyrics it reminds me of blogilates – and your perky optimism that just helps you keep going and keep coming for more punishment (of my bellyfat.. Lol).
