Hi Cassey,
Watching your videos this morning has given me hope. I fractured and displaced my coccyx and dealing the ramifications of it long term has been quite challenging and depressing. In the meantime, I’ve had extreme muscle wasting and consequently become have much weaker. Here is my quandary: I have always enjoyed pilates, yet with new physical limitations, I need to find a way to work with them, instead of doing nothing and becoming weaker. I have a fused left foot, meaning most of my toes do not bend. Can you tell me what to do for the exercises that requiring obvious toe bending such as planks etc.?

This is my second day doing this and I am happy to say that this video worked out the soreness in my tummy from the day before….for now. Thank you for doing what you do you are joy to exercise with 🙂
