OH EM GEE. guuuurl that killed me so bad!! i swear tomorrow my abs will be so sore! keep going popsters!!
I’m new to blogilates and I just tried the May workout of the day. This was my last video and I just know I’m going to be sore tomorrow. But that was fun! …now I just need to figure out how I’m going to drag myself to work this morning after all that.
This was definitely an intense workout !!! I felt the burn in my abs as well as my upper back, i’m not sure exactly what its called lol this was a great workout and since I haven’t been working out lately this is definitely getting me back in the swing of things.
