    this is not true
    1 g of carbs=4 calories
    1g of protein=4 calories
    1g of fats= 9 calories

cucumber 1.4 carbs multiply by 4= 5.6 so how come na 6.8 are calories? explain please

    Okay, clearly you don’t understand.
Protein and carbohydrates have 4 calories per gram
fat has 9 calories per gram

If you multiple each by their calories you will get the same answer:-)

what a ridiculous table..Why dont the breakdowns add up to total energy grams eg broccoli cooked 21.8 then fat 0.3 carb 3.9 protein 2,3..so where are the other numbers to add up to 21.8..this is rubbish.
