It is simply the table about the calories proteins and fats of the vegetables which is very useful to maintain the calories of the day which you take in the day.
this is not true
1 g of carbs=4 calories
1g of protein=4 calories
1g of fats= 9 calories
cucumber 1.4 carbs multiply by 4= 5.6 so how come na 6.8 are calories? explain please

Protein and carbohydrates have 4 calories per gram
fat has 9 calories per gram
