As usual, all your workouts are listed daily and you only need to do them once through unless otherwise specified on the calendar!

Hi Cassey,
I broke my leg badly in May. I have been non weight bearing for almost 2 months. Since January, I’d been using your videos to get healthy and lose weight. I had been making slow but steady progress. But then I broke my leg (the tibia and fibula) and gained it all back and then some. I’m feeling out of control. My physical therapy isn’t really preventing atrophy in the thigh and right glute. If I hop around a lot, my good leg and foot starts getting pain. My whole body is becoming lopsided. Literally, I was trying to be up and active, but my stomach and hip on my good side look totally different from the bad side. I need to get more active (I used to walk at least 4 miles per day in addition to doing the pilates) without putting all this strain on my good side.
Are there any core and butt exercises that can help? This is pretty frustrating. Anyone have advice about maintaining and losing weight in this situation? I have gained almost 2 dress sizes in 2 months. I don’t think I have been eating badly. Have you guys gone through anything like this? Feeling pretty hopeless here.

Quick question – I just started doing the calendar and was wondering if the videos are grouped on you tube by calendar date rather than searching for each individual video – maybe there is an easier way to do it that I just don’t know about?

Search for them on youtube. They usually have a playlist for the workouts as well, but sometimes the playlists go up late.

netherlands with a burning question. Can i still follow your calender if i got pregnant. I don’t know if it’s good for your baby. Or are there adjusted exercises? We want to go for a second one but i want to stay fit during pregnancy. Your advise please.
I would not do the Blogilates monthly calendars during your pregnancy. Opt for gentler exercises specialized and created for pregnant women. If you are at a normal weight currently, it is perfectly normal to gain around 25-35 pounds during your pregnancy for you baby. Also, do NOT go on diets during pregnancy which can cause risks to your health and your baby’s health.

Yes, just do her monthly calendar. Try your best. 🙂 Inthe beginning I was only able to do 3/5 of her videos but then I got better

She has a playlist on youtube and normally she will show you the moves you will be doing in each vid before the actual workout. And if she doesn’t just watch it a little and see what she is doing before you try it hope this help and good luck on your fitness journey!

A couple of days ago i found out that I’m pregnant for the first time.. So i had to stop working out but is that it ?? Am i not gonna be able to do any moves and just get fat and wait till i give birth and then start all over again ? My husband has always told me that i have strong body muscles and i always liked it thanks to you .. Love you and you do know how much inspiration you represent to all of us and i just love that you let us into your life in other ways other than just your fitness time ???????
You can find work outs online specifically for pregnant moms! there are also many fitness classes that cater to pregnant moms, new moms, and moms who haven’t worked out since they had their baby. Good luck!!
