For those of you are trying to keep up with that healthy lifestyle but also are semi-addicted to eating, perhaps you can relate to the frustrations of being fit foodie like me. How many of these situations have you found yourself in?
#1. You heart dies a little when you have to order salad for a meal. SOMEONE tell me how lettuce costs $18. IT DOES NOT.
#2. You eat so clean that you have a serious addiction to munching on crunchy, salty things post-lunch/dinner/literally every meal.
#3. You have no chill when it comes to food…
#4. You LOVE Trader Joes.
#5. You are a connoisseur of balancing flavors…
#6. You are hard core at everything you choose to do. Including buffets. THEY LOSE MONEY ON YOU.
#7. You are a one-trip wonder when you get home from the grocery store!
#8. The world is cruel, but at least the donuts taste good 😭
#9. You are the meaning of UNSTOPPABLE.
#10. When you go out to eat, you order salad…with a side of “Can I try one?”

Some of these are normal. At least half are signs of disordered eating. What’s wrong with balance?
Agreed. I find these concerning. If someone is restricting enough that they then binge or overeat regularly, that’s not a good sign.
