Your August Workout Calendar!

Hey guys!

I’m recovering from 4 days of location scouting for POP Retreat 2020! I’m TIRED, but in a good way! All I can say is that next summer, you better prepare for the most magical, nourishing, amazing retreat ever. Imagine amazing, healthy food and incredible, supportive friends everywhere. I’ll be announcing the date and location soon…I hope you can make it!

Anyway…here is the Blogilates Workout calendar for August 2019!

As you can see, August is super special because we’ve got the #100GluteChallenge beginning Sunday August 4th! Here is the full printable so you know exactly what to do each morning! There will also be a full length YouTube video you can follow along to each day for 30 days!

If you’re new around here, this is how it goes!

  1. Click on the hi res link to download the calendar and print it out for your wall.
  2. Head over to blogilates.com/calendar and click on the videos of the day. It’ll take you directly to the YouTube video! Or you can use this super cool app called Coda!
  3. Do each video once (unless otherwise stated)
  4. Check off as you go! Good luck and have fun! HAPPY JULY!!!

August is gonna be INTENSE!!! But in a totally bootylicious way 🙂 You in? You ready?!!!

    I feel good about my body, but I was hoping to just tone my abs. Do you have any suggestions?

  2. Wow! This looks fun and painful at the same time haha! still worth a try! Don’t forget to give your body a rest and recover every after workout.     i personally think tuesdays are the most challenging, as the videos usually include tons of burpees, kicking and high intensity jumping so yesterday I was surprised, when we “only” had to do some fairly easy cardio videos.. and then today happened..
    my abs are still crying from the massacre, and i finished doing the videos more than an hour ago

    Question – when you have 4-5 videos on a day, do you do the stretching and cool down at the end of each video, or do you skip ahead to the next workout to keep moving and stretch at the end?

    My friend heard me talking about Blogilates and actually laughed cause of the name. I told her “ oh ok next time come in and do it with me You won’t be laughing” She noticed I was being serious and walked away She has never seen me serious about anything like that before and was actually shocked Blogilates has really helped me in a lot of ways I’ve seen many instructors laugh about certain stuff many instructors say in their videos when they are just trying to build the person up but I’m not following just any instructor I’m following someone who has built me up in a way I never expected I’m looking at getting my life back together with teaching and want to start by teaching Pop Pilates and renewing my Zumba certification I’ve got me a good list of songs and am always coming up with choreography My biggest problem is stepping outside of my comfort zone I just have to remember to tell my conscience to shut up and remember to listen that inner voice Cassey has given me to never give up and to want to learn how to trust myself She made Blogilates happen for all of us and that’s my biggest motivation I know I can make a difference like that too just have to remember I can do anything I put my mind to air just have to want it and I do more than anything

    Hi. On your Youtube channel when I try to see the 100 glute challenge video it says they’re private. Do I need to do something special to see them? Thanks. (Just discovered you and so far am LOVING everything I see.)

    it is fantastic, let’s see if I will do the 100 challenge!!! I’m in I don’t know for sure if my glutes are!!!! I just want to tell you that I love to follow your calendar, and after 2 months following religious the calendar I feel very good with my body and look better… but I miss a lot a relax video every day, it is very important to do cardio at the beginning but also it is important to calm down the muscle when you finish I find my self looking for your videos of stretch every day…. .just an opinion!!! keep going you are super good

    Hey, for the 1st August workout, the first video (Fight the fat workout) is of around 7 mins and Cassey said to repeat it 4 times in the video. But since we also have 3 other workout videos, do I need to repeat the first one 4 times?

    Cassey honey watching through YouTube I came across some epic Britney videos and it’s all Like best performances and bloopers and stuff like that I know you are a huge fan of hers like I am and wanted you to know something I used to have her collectors magazine growing up Just like you I think personally you are both awesome
