Oh you Directioners. You must eb so happy right now!!!!! And so am I. I had such a fun time making this video so I hope you gather your friends together and attempt to finish this workout to make that booty burn! I have a feeling that it’s gonna be just as good as the Call Me Maybe Squat Challenge!
Speaking of the Call Me Maybe Squat Challenge…someone on YouTube said that Eleanor Calder (Louis’ girlfriend) does that specific workout???
This cannot be true. Is it true? If it is…first of all, OMG, and secondly, let’s get her to do the new What Makes You Bootyful Workout!!!! And you know what’d be even cooler??? If we could get all of One Direction doing a video response to the workout! I bet you they can’t last!!! OMG how funny would that be!!! The five guys pelvic thrusting to their own song 🙂
I’ve never done anything like this before, and it may kind of be a shot in the dark, but since I know a lot of you POPsters are also HUGE 1D fans, let’s try to make this happen!!!! Let’s use the power of the Blogilates Community to get them to notice us!

I performed this exercise and had some mid-back. But the next day my booty was dying. Did any one had some back pain.
