hey cassey i tried this with my daughter now we can both do the spits we watch this video every day so we and get stronger and make our slis beter and beter as we go thank you so much my daughter loves you she is your biggest fan

I had been doing pilates for a few months and decided to go into the splits for whatever reason and was shocked to find myself hitting the floor for the first time. Since then, I’ve picked up a few bad habits so it was great to have this video to get back into it.
It was a big achievement for me at the time because I could see for the first time that, by doing pilates, I had actually changed my body in a quantifiable way.
Can anyone else apart from Cassey actually do these split stretches?! I love stretching but I don’t think I am ever going to be able to make it into the splits so I wish she didn’t do so many stretch videos focused on that goal.
