OMG! Either I’m not in good form or this is the hardest vid yet! If following this as reccomended(3/4repeats 3/4x a week) is there no need to do other videos?
i think this is my new favorite! i love it, those tricep things are a beast! they look easy but booooyy my triceps hurt. tho they dont get sore. does that mean i should do more? my booty sure did hurt from doing this yesterday, but i love it.
I love this video! but all the plank work KILLS my arms so i have to take a lot of breaks in the beginning. Do you have any tips for that, or should i just try to strengthen my arms?
For now just go on your elbows. Try pop Pilates upper body to strengthen.

is this to say that most pilates are NOT for weight loss? i cant do much/most cardio, should i not depend on pilates to lose fat and build muscle? i cant do cardio bc im unable not bc i dont want to. any thoughts for me please? cant wait to try this one today. gonna do it with ure kickboxing.
