Ever eat seaweed before?
Not just as nori (aka the sushi wrap kind) but as a salad or in a soup. I love making seaweed soup. I just boil a serving of this which is only 89 cals with some lean chicken breast in chicken broth and I got myself a low cal, high protein, iron rich meal. You can find dried seaweed in any Asian food store! Don’t be disgusted by the color though. It tastes great!
